Good product, with two caveats
Nothing bad to say about this product…but two comments. The unit that sits behind the TV is quite large. For me a 5.75 x 7.75 cutout seems too big for a bedroom setup and seems more practical for you family/living room setup. Also, make sure your drywall cutout is precise. If it’s too large, the unit may not completely cover the cutout once installed. That said, my installation to 30-45 minutes without issue. You may need a tool to snake the cable(s) in your wall if you have insulation and the tool is very cheap. A nice clean finish behind my 42 inch TV and the 2nd outlet is great for connecting a streaming device (Apple TV, etc) which needs a power source if it’s mounted behind or attached to the TV.

A moderately easy DIY project.
Worked as advertised. Came with all the hardware necessary to do the job. Also had room for two separate lan cables coming to and from my router. I'm guessing I probably could have fit a couple more cables, if I wanted. Not for the novice DIY'er, but if you have a good keyhole saw and a stud finder, it should be pretty easy. Just hope there's no fire breaks behind the wall before you decide to do this. I was lucky and didn't have one in the area I wanted to install it. I was ready with my flex drive, though, if I had found a fire break. Running some 12/2 electrical line and an old work box would have been much cheaper, but then I wouldn't have had room for the cables and would have had to do a separate box. This was just easier all around, and it looks nice.

Great product, DIY-friendly, but instructions inadequate for insulated walls
Product itself—5 stars Instructions & demo videos—3 stars Good looking product, easy to assemble components, and worked great once installed. This product CAN easily be installed by anyone thanks to the fact that wiring work is already done. The rub—walls with insulation. The videos showing a very easy, straight forward installation-while not misleading— show the best case scenario of an interior wall. The instructions that come with the product are also geared toward those walls between rooms in the house, but leave out what will be needed for those exterior walls—to include those shared with the garage. Because of that oversight, I had to conduct problem-solving research mid-install and make a couple of extra runs to Home Depot making what could have been a super easy 45 minute gig a drawn out, all-day pain in the butt. That said, let me share the info needed to make this the 45 minute DIY it would have been had I been provided the info. In addition to the supplies listed in instructions intended for non-insulated walls, you will want to have on hand: *Drywall saw—this is one of the few kits that doesn’t include one. *”Mid-flex fish rod” with at least a bull tip to work through the insulation—I used a tether chain attachment to thread the cable(s) through insulation. Never heard of this damn thing until forced to conduct on-the-fly research sitting in drywall dust and fiberglass insulation tufts. 😤🤬THIS is the part that makes me say “EFF YOUR DEMO VIDEO!!” and give 3 stars *Work gloves—to avoid fiberglass splinters/burn *level—I used the one from my tv wall mount kit *socket wrench!! I had to use a crescent wrench—got it done, but holy crap what a pain. *tiny Phillips head screwdriver To be clear, my experience was with fiberglass insulation so I cannot speak to working with the spray-in foam insulation. Overall, I am happy with the product itself and the peace of mind provided by the built-in surge protector. I feel it was a severe misstep to have neglected instructions for such a common scenario. Perhaps that oversight is the reason for the frequent returns Amazon discloses in the product listing. If not for the two holes cut in my drywall and the type-A determination to finish what I had started, I too would have returned this and hired someone to do it. I’m glad I got it figured out as the wall-mounted tv with hidden wires looks fantastic and I didn’t have to pay anyone a premium for that which I could accomplish myself.

Very easy to use, very complete kit
I love these kits for bringing power and low voltage wires up to a wall mounted TV. Just cut the hole for the big box below your TV Mount and within the same wall cavity (between two studs) run the power cord down to the power inlet provided. No electrician - no tapping into existing wires. You then connect the inlet to an existing outlet using the included cord. In my case, I like to run my TVs and systems off of a UPS (battery backup). This type of power kit allows me to insert my UPS between the outlet and the inlet, so that the TV and any other devices I power (like a soundbar or Roku) are protected. In my latest installation, the wall was an exterior wall with insulation, so I had to use a fish tape to pull the power cable down the wall cavity, but if you are doing an interior wall, this installation is a piece of cake. Highly recommend!!!

Easy to Install
Everything you need to install this is provided. The instructions are very clear. I was definitely hesitant at first to make such a big hole in the wall, but it turned out nice and works for my TV setup. My TV mount points were on the bottom part so I had the outlet above the mounting bracket. I've had to remove and add cables already after installation (before installing the TV). and its easy to do, the only thing that needs to be removed in addition is the bottom outlet. remove that and feed the new cable and screw it back in.

As advertised
Everything was included and seems of good quality but a bit pricey.

Easy to install and great looking product
Easy to install and looks exactly like the packaging. Attaching a video of what’s it looks like installed. The installation is the same as that of a normal switch.

Cabling mess gone!
Very happy with this product. The cabling included is adequate for a television mounted at eye level. I had plenty of length to spare on the power line provided. I fed through connections for HDMI, TOSlink optical, and antenna coax. There is plenty of space to add another HDMI or ethernet, if your setup requires that. It looks so clean and tidy not having to see dangling wires. Get one, you will love the look. Definitely recommend this product.
