I have used this particular brand for my 145 lb Bernese Mtn Dog in the past after everything from the vet's office didn't work and all the other trials of product didn't work...we live in a very hot zone for ticks in the NNY Adirondack area & with prior meds (oral & topical), I would still pick dozens of ticks off my Mika Man....after being introduced to Vectra topical treatment, not one tick was found on him....he lived til 12 years old and had a very happy life after using Vectra. I am now using it on my little mini Dachshund because IT WORKS...ticks carry lyme disease in our area which is very backwoods, country area...you just have to look for the weight for your dog & buy the appropriate box. I buy 3-6 treatments at a time bcuz it is cheaper that way....my dogs are worth the $$$ it costs! Good Luck!

Seems to work OK. Got the small dogs 5-10 pounds for my new puppy to keep fleas off not bring them in the house. Have not seen a flea since I treated her about 3 weeks ago. Also, got the Vectra for my house cats to make sure if the puppy brought in a flea, the cats didn't get infested. Haven't seen any evidence of fleas on my puppy, my cats, on me or in the house. I would suggest you ask your vet what is the best flea treatment for your area since I have read that fleas build up a resistant over time.

The best flea/ tick topical available. This coming from a previous veterinary assistant. Fleas and tucks have built a resistance to many other products. This vectra 3d never fails its purpose. Any tick that gets swept up on your pets haircoat will die! They dont even need to bite for this to work. A tip put a drop on each foot also to help prevent ticks from even getting on you pet. Expensive but worth every penny. !

The hair came off of my dog every place this made contact with. She lost the hair and took a minimum of 6 months to have it come back In addition she had welts all over. I would never order this again. Had to take her to the vet for medication. So this is not good for all dogs. I will stay away from it and use other means to protect her.

We've tried many different products to help our dogs with fleas without success. Vectra is the only flea med that really and truly works. I highly recommend you try this product. You will not be disappointed. And, if you are not satisfied you will be given a full refund. (According to the label in the box.) We are very satisfied!

Worked pretty good and wasn't a fake like the last batch we ordered from a different seller here. We still needed to give our dog a couple flea baths to deal with the problem completely but she was INFESTED (a rescue dog that wasn't taken care of very well.) So far they've been mostly gone (probably around 98% gone) She did get a little sick for a day or 2 after application but not nearly as bad as with other brands which usually made her sick and listless for 1-2 weeks, and the effectiveness has been much much better than those other brands (which barely worked AT ALL.) I recommend getting your dog flea dipped or washed a couple times with a flea shampoo to start with and also use a flea killing spray for carpets and furniture because the fleas always end up just moving onto our stuff AND US until it wears off. Also it's kinda funny watching the fleas stumble around looking drunk after they bite her! Minus one star because it doesn't work quite as well as advertised on TV (but it's close!).

I have a Yorkie & Poodle that these drops works wonders on. I have not noticed any reactions. My fur babies are actually able to rest without scratching non-stop! Quality product that covers multiple insects!
