This tree took a lot of time and work to look nice. There was 8” from the trunk that had no needles. I had to order white garland to fill in so the metal didn’t show. I filled in the sparse places with netting. The branches are too weak to hold anything but plastic ornaments. That being said the tree did end up looking nice after a week of trips to the craft store to fix it. It ended up costing just as much as a nice prelit tree when all was added in that I had to buy.

Awesome tree and awesome customer service. The branches are bendable and there really are well over 2000 places to hang ornaments. These people really care. Thanks for making this a good experience. The lights are LED and hard to photograph, but it turned out beautiful. My mom loves pink so I used pink everything.

First of all, the tree is not nearly as full as it looks in the photo. Even with fluffing there are still several gaps and holes in the tree that can't be disguised. Secondly, and more importantly though is the fact that is will literally fall apart on you it is so cheaply and poorly made. I wasn't even able to get the tree into place before the feet literally snapped off of the tree stand because they weren't welded on properly and the metal is not nearly strong enough to support the weight of such a tall tree! I had to go out and buy a whole new stand and rig it just to get the tree to stand. In the meantime, the top of the tree bent and then snapped off when we went to reposition it. I am a professional decor installer and event designer and the only reason I went with this tree in the first place is because my client had budget constraints and this fit the budget but I had my misgivings being that it was priced at a third to a quarter of what other 10' trees were going for. Unfortunately I was proven right. This is a cheap piece of junk! You know what they say, you get what you pay for!

If I could give the tree a rating and the customer service a separate rating I would.Tree: You get what you pay for. This is not a high quality product and we had major issues with our purchase. However, the price was great and if you are looking to get a tree for cheap then go for it. We may have just recieved a lemon.Customer Service: Five stars! With the various issues we had the customer service team was great. They answered my emails quickly and offered some suggestions before we ended up at our final solution. They were very kind and understanding. I wish everyone would provide such quick and helpful customer service.

I was unhappy that there were no instructions included with this tree. 2 pieces were so similar in size that I put them on in the wrong order. I had several branches where the smaller bendy pieces were broken off. I just laid them in when it was together. It doesn't want to not wobble but as long as you don't touch it, it's fine. It's a pretty tree but the frustration became a little bit much. I'm glad it's done because I don't know that I would want to mess with it again.Update - talking with the vendor lead nowhere. I sent pictures and they say it was an installation issue. Refer to my comment above where there were no instructions included. Either way, it was put together correctly. They want me to send a video which I declined because I always took the thing down. I would just say be cautious if you buy this tree or from this vendor. The tree is too wobbly and poorly made. If they correct the situation, I will remove my feedback.

This tree is beautiful. I went to set up my little 5' white Christmas tree that I've had since before my marriage for the first time since I got married. Turned out that somewhere between getting married and getting a divorce from the abusive husband he threw out my beautiful tree and all my blue and silver ornaments. So my mother helped me get this tree and new ornaments. I was worried by some of the reviews that said it wasn't a very fluffy tree. Anyone who says this tree isn't fluffy has no clue how to fluff a tree. I will say that I had gotten spoiled with prelit trees and forgot how much of a workout lighting a tree to my preference can be. It is so beautiful and is exactly the Christmas tree I have dreamed of having since I was a little girl.
