If you are trying to use this with WiFi. Look at a different camera. I have to run an ethernet cable to it to get it to work. I tried to mount a Wifi access point just literally on the other side of the wall inside the garage from where it was mounted. It STILL did not connect reliably. The access point was 3 feet away and the connections would still drop. I now have ethernet running to it and had been working now for 4 months. Until yesterday. I tested the cable up to the camera and it good. Power is getting to it but the router is only showing a link but now activity. So I am going to have to get the ladder out AGAIN to check on it. I will update this post on what I find.

Works great just wish it had a better running app. Hard to control the movement of camera. You have to swipe the opposite direction to move camera just like spinning a globe.

Works ok during the day, but for some reason at night, cannot pan around, almost like it reboots itself.

I have tried EVERYTHING to try to get this programmed to my NVR system, I can only get it to work hardwired it will not work wireless at all

Camera works as expected and better than others I have purchased for around the same amount. Easy to operate and responsive even under slow internet. Picture quality is adequate. Night vision is OK but not great.

Great camera for the price. A little creepy that it follows you around all day but it works.

All in all a well built PTZ cam, image was good day & night, couldn't get alarm to work. Main flaw, cam dropped wifi every 30 min less than 6 feet away from the wireless access point....cant use it if it doesn't work
