Without a doubt- a FANTASTIC PURCHASE
i was a little skeptical when I opened my Amazon delivery and saw this pan. It is REALLY white. So white, in fact, that i doubted it's ability to be non-stick and stay that pristine.I'm very happy to write this review and say that not only is my pan still beautiful, but muffins release from the pan easier than any pan I've ever used before. Past muffin pans have developed sticky areas, especially in the grooves and areas that don't touch the actual muffins, but this has not been the case. (I almost exclusively use Pam when baking.)I would, without hesitation, recommend this product. Based on my experience, I will be buying this brand in the future when I need baking pans.I did reach out to the manufacturer to see if they had any advice for adjusting the time when using this pan, since most baking instructions do not have accommodations for a pan of this size. Sadly, the customer service rep that replied to my email was completely unhelpful and was a poor representation of the brand. (I'm not going to deduct any stars for this, as most people will not ever deal with them.)BTW- Based on my experience so far, an additional 8-10 minutes has been the ideal adjustment.

Best non-stick product
I bought this same muffin pan from another company several years ago and have absolutely loved it. Muffins cook perfectly, they fall right out when they're done and it cleans up beautifully. I tried to order a second for when I wanted to make larger batches, but the store no longer carried this brand. When I found it on Amazon, I ordered it right away. I got it 2 days and have already used it, so I can attest to the fact that it is the same high quality as the one I've been using for years.

Great muffin pan for planning ahead the weeks grab and go breakfast
I bought this muffin pan to make muffin sized egg bake and they are working great. These are the perfect size for adding a bit of dough along with eggs to make grab and go breakfast for work. My pan came in good shape, there was a bit of rough in one spot of the coating which has not caused any issues and there were no scratches or bends as one review mentioned. The bottom is scratching as I slide it in and out of my oven, but the top and each muffin hole is doing well.

Great
Best muffin tin I have ever had! I love it. I use it for more then baking muffins my boys love their own meatloaf "muffins" (great for portion control) and I use it as a server for all the "fixings" for taco night or to serve pick your own sunday toppings. It washes up fast and always stays white! Just use wooden or plastic utensils so not to scratch it. I even popped it in the dishwasher too. Very happy with my purchase!!

Survived Red Velvet! Cleans Easy
I use jumbo muffin cups to make all sorts of food. Some pans have gone in the trash because they've rusted or just won't come clean. But, so far I've had a great experience with this CeramaBake pan. I used it to make red velvet cupcakes and the bright white pan was still bright white afterwards. I've used this pan for bran muffins and baked oatmeal--always great results. Whatever I bake releases easy from the pan and cleanup happens without hassle. Not much to it. I'm a happy camper!

Not as good as it sounds.
When I got this pan I was expecting to see something alot better than a teflon pan. First day usage making corn muffins already got stratches on the pan. I think I prefer solid ceramic over this. second usage making cake muffins having to use oil and flower as I would a teflon pan.....

Thin Ceramic Coating - Won't Last
Ceramic coating is very thin. Used once and already scratches on the bottom of the sheet. Cheap quality is probably why they's is a raised level on the top of the sheet to prevent touching something and scratching the actual baking surface. As long as you coat the backing area with oil, works well. Just don't touch it with anything else or the ceramic will scratch off.

Just what I needed in a muffin tin
Very nice product. I was really looking for stoneware or stainless, but didn't happen to find just what I wanted. Wanted to avoid aluminum. This is very nice, and I use it all the time.
