Loading capacity? How many Lb ?

I’m not sure of the capacity, but loaded full of books and a Chromebook, it only lasted about a month and a half

can the side pocket handle a 10 inch tall bottle without it falling out?

Damage return? i purchased this backpack in august. it didn't last 4months. the stitching for one of the straps came loose, leaving one strap useless.

The bag is very study. Sounds like you might have overload you bag, over and over. Call Amazon for return / replacement policy.
