PA002T Towel Warmer Drying Rack with Timer, Brushed Chrome Color

I already have one (similar) I bought at bed bath & beyond 14+ years ago and love it. For best result you have to use a heavy blanket or heavy towel over and your usable towels beneath to get warm. Without covering the towels the heat escapes and don't warm the towels enough. I purchased this for my awesome neighbors/friends they have become my son's un official Aunt & Uncle. I hope they like it as much as I do.

Best towel warmer out there. I have tried quite a few and now works as well as this one. Big tip for an extra warm towel. Put one on top of the other. When you are done bathing take the one from underneath. Its sooo warm! Then simply put the towel you used on top. It will be dry and warm really fast. Towels never get that musty smell ever!

I like it but I’ve had several before this. It’s the first one that only stays on 2 or 4 hours. Mine are just on so your shower towel dries before the next use and is warm when you use it without bending over to push the button. I always unplug it when I go out of town. I guess others had safety issues with it staying on

I wanted to use this unit as a floor towel warmer, but it turned out to be impossible. 1. On/off and timer buttons are located at the bottom of the unit 2. The lights next to these buttons are so small and dim that you really need to be a few inches away to see them. 3. Am I supposed to crawl on my knees to it every time I want to turn the unit on or to see if it is still on? 4. Item name says "brushed chrome" - what does it even mean? It is a regular aluminum frame, nothing to do with chrome It was easy to assemble, but in total it was a waste of my time. Going back ...

Works great , my only complaint is if you have giant towels like 6” then you have to double fold them b4 you can put it on the rack

Doesn’t get the towels very warm and it was received damaged.

I bought this for one specific reason: to dry my towel after showering. It worked well until it stopped working entirely. I got this in September and used it every day for 3 months. I used this in a standing mode, rather than mounting it to the wall. The timer function worked great for me and the 4 hour one dried my towel a satisfactory amount. 3 months in though, I tried to turn it on and it refused to work. It went from working well to not turning on. After following some troubleshooting guidelines and contacting the seller, there was nothing to be done. Unfortunately, the warranty for this is only 90 days. The seller offered to replace mine but said it would cost $25 to mail a new one. Not really a good deal for something that has a shelf-life of 3 months and costs less than $60. Spend money for a better one or you'll just be buying these over and over.
