Japanese in design and function
I am a bead weaver and bought this scissor because I can grab it with one hand and snip threads. It is so very beautiful in the Japanese way; simply designed and all of the design leading toward its function. It is a pleasure to look at and a pleasure to use. I use these for Fly Tying. Very sharp but not as nicely finished as some others. I'd still recommend them.

Perfect scissors for doing precise cutting. I create wearable Hawaiian feather lei, capes & hat bands that require the triming of hundreds of feathers to make each creation. This scissors fits in the palm of my hand. Perfect!
