Simple to use
Simply inserted into my unlocked phone, flew to the UK.I had loaded 20.00 UKP on to my online Vodafone account which I had created prior to travel and made calls in the UK when taxing to the gate on landing. Found costs to be very reasonable compared to T-Mobile UK.AT&T charge $10.00 day fixed each day you use your US phone for any call in the UK or to USA. I was there for three weeks and topped up Vodafone 30.00 UKP in all.I had emailed the number to a list of potential and regular UK contacts. All very very good value and super simple.Purchased the SIM on AMAZON two days before my departure.

Was able to set up in the USA PRIOR to getting to the UK. Awesome!
The card arrived on time. I put it in my phone and waited about 5 minutes and got a text letting my know that I was in the US and what the charges are. The manual said dial a code and the phone would display my number which matched the number on the back of the SIM packaging. GREAT!Next I went online and opened a Vodaphone Account using my USA address. I was able to select and purchase a Freedom Pack and now I am good to go!! I can hand out my number in advance of my trip!Tried a similar plan with an Orange SIM and was not able to add a package to it.

Annoying and frustrating.
I got this SIM for a trip to the UK. When arriving in the UK, it was a considerable amount of effort and trouble to get this thing to work. I got it to work by going to a gas station and asking a clerk if they could give me minutes for Vodaphone. They took my payment and handed me a slip of paper with a code on it.The actual phone service was absolutely ridiculous. In order to get anything set up, you have to sit and listen to endless recordings telling you about how their service is great, you can do this, you can do that, we can now offer you this, except for this, etc. etc.In the end, I got it to work but even then the network coverage is poor, and the internet features were almost completely unusable. The UK technology is clearly far behind the rest of the world in this respect.

Used this to fix a Tethering issue with my Unlocked Lumia 1020.
Used this to fix an issue with my Unlocked Lumia 1020.It was used to address the locked out internet sharing/tethering. Which is not supposed to be locked on TMobile. The error says that AT&T has it locked out or something. You can find the method online if you look around. Was simple and fixed the issue.

Sim Card Worked
The sim card worked great for the trip to England. You need to be aware that in order to top up the sim card before hand you need a UK registered credit card but once you are in the UK you can top up with cash.

Roam the World is fantastic to deal with
Roam the World is wonderful. I had issue with an expiration date that was on the sim that arrived. They figured out how the error happened and fixed it. The mix up was not their fault. They are so helpful and fantastic in communication!

Works after some messing around and manual updates
After I figured these out, they worked great...They are old (probably sitting in a warehouse for a while), and the APN's on the SIM cards are out of date. When I first got to the UK, I had phone and text messaging, but no data services on my smartphone.I had to look up the updated APN's for the Vodafone network and update them to the SIM card manually. After that was all sorted out, they work great. However, Amazon needs to start roatating their stock on such a cheap (free in the UK) item to stock.

I would not purchase this
Poor purchase for me. I was unable to load the SIM card with money before my trip abroad as one of the reviewers said that he had done. The phone number associated with the SIM card was from India instead of the UK. This was a waste of my money. I ended up buying a prepaid one from a vending machine in the airport that I was able to use. I would recommend this instead of buying this crap. If I could give less than one star I would.
