I’m a 40 year old guy with a pretty good physique, avid swimmer, mountain biker and footballer. Have several triathlon events behind my back. Awesome alternative for energy drinks.I tended to overdo the later during my busy daily schedule which eventually lead to complete loss of energy and headaches. This formula is way different. I mean it increases energy and unlike energy drinks does not make me crave for more.

Really good substitute for coffee if you are planning to stay awake all night. Strangely, enough does not contain caffeine which is a plus for me. Does not make me dizzy just allows to stay alert for at least four hours after taking it.

For some who looks for everything caffeine free, this supplement was a good fit and thankfully easy to find. The added energy seems to be going good so far. I try to test a product for a long time before I recommend it to others. I don't feel any sort of crash and my stomach seems to be agreeing with it. I suggest you try it.
