These work exactly as advertised. I like to stack a few on each other to change my exposure. Fits perfectly onto my Paul C Buff reflector on my Alienbees.

Super handy at a low cost
I use it on my Alien Bee over the default 7 inch reflector. Super handy when you don't want to use a box or umbrella or when one won't fit in the area you need to work.

It works great with my AlienBees 400 however you need to use a led bulb. The halogen is too hot.
