Great for Intense Workouts!
I recently started using the HOTSUIT Sauna Suit, and it's been a game-changer for my workouts. The material is super durable and anti-rip, so I don’t have to worry about it tearing during intense sessions. It really helps me sweat a lot more, which makes me feel like I’m getting the most out of my workouts. The fit is comfortable and not too bulky, so I can move around easily whether I’m boxing, lifting, or just doing cardio. Plus, the jacket looks pretty sleek—I’ve even gotten a few compliments at the gym. If you’re serious about your workouts and want to boost your sweat game, this sauna suit is definitely worth trying out!

Good suit!
Wore this suit under my sweats to the gym for a couple months. The suit is great. You are definitely going to sweat. Material is pretty durable and handle my movements in the gym. My only complaint is, there is no draw string or Velcro to tighten the ankles/wrist. I have some suits in last that had Velcro and it worked to keep sweat from dripping everywhere. Without, I literally left a trail of sweat through the gym lol

Get ready to sweat....
You will sweat if you use this item. I wear mine in my sauna and love it. I would recommend that after you use it to turn it inside out to dry, then turn it right side out. I would do this about 3 times and before I would use the shower to clean off salt stains then let dry.

Great winter wind layer, not a sauna suit
As a sauna jacket, still a nope. The sweating is no different from any wind proof, waterproof jacket. However, as a wind layer under a fleece and wool combo it was great for temps around 13 F actual, 4 F windchill. Even a 45 minute hike breaking through the refrozen avalanche snow of a plow splashing 17” off the road onto the sidewalk didn’t make any higher sweat levels than expected. I had a great time using two-foot taxi for the same amount of time it would have taken to shovel my car out, but I’m not finding this style of “sauna” suit to be effective as marketed. The silver layer is the same as winter coats, the wind/water layer just works like any windbreaker, but that’s why I got it.Also, the sizing seems pretty subjective, so take your best guess. I’m 49” chest, 47” waist, 260# and got 3xl. Normally wear 2xl. Could easily have gotten 2xl, but it’s not completely sized like a sail. Even with a silk layer under it, very roomy.I’m going 3 stars because as a wind layer, it gets 5, but its solid as a sauna suit.
