Perfect to help recover the rotator cup repair surgery
Brilliant pack for fitness and shoulder rehab. The ability to use the different resistance to increase the effectiveness of the exercise. Can be used to excerise both legs and arms without breaking or stretching out of shape.

Great quality set
I love each one of those - pink is the shortest and least resistant, and blue the longest and most resistant. I'm 186cm and I can use the blue one to do romanian dead lifts so it really is nice and long. They all stretch fine and for now don't see them breaking anytime soon - hopefully! The door thingy is a great addition, allowing for extra multiple exercises :)

Band snapped in half after 5 or 6 uses
Bought this product in June and only been used 5 or 6 times, carefully stored in between uses but today the lightweight band has snapped in half and is no longer useable.

the therabands are great! long enough for any exercise I have tried (I am 1.60m)

These come in 3 thickness. The Blue is the strongest, Purple middle and orange the lighter one. I am doing Physiotherapy getting ready for a hip replacement and my Physio told me to bu some of these. They re really helping in my daily exercises. Easy to use and great quality. The black ring, (So I'm told) uis for hanging over the door to build up your upper arms. Highly recommend.
