Q: My dog slips out of step in style harness. Can this happen with yours

I don’t think so. This is not a step in style harness. It is very secure and sturdy. It can be adjusted to fit your dog so as long as it isn’t too loose, I can’t see how your dog could slip out of this harness. We are extremely happy with this harness.

Q: is the product made in the U.S.A.

Chai's Choice is located in Sarasota, FL. However, our products are made in China. We are the U.S. distributor for Truelove Pet Products in China.

Q: How do I keep the harness from shifting sideways when the leash is attached to the front?

All you can do is make it snug as possible without making your dog uncomfortable. If you can stay in front or behind your dog the shifting is less noticeable.
