Buffered Salt for Sinus Rinse and Nasal Irrigation (Large 60 Packets)

This is much more reasonable priced and it works as good or better than anything else I have tried. I use it nearly every day to avoid sinus infections!!

I am a repeat customer. It works well on me. Rinsing sinuses with saline solution is natural and almost chemical-free.

Works good, not much burning, pretty much the same effect as the MacNeil stuff at half the price. One odd thing is that this stuff has a odd smell. Smells exactly like my visit to China. Maybe air pollution in the area has contaminated this batch? The MacNeil has no smell

When I purchased the Sanvic Pulsatile Nasal/Sinus Irrigator earlier this month, it came with a two weeks supply of the premeasured buffered salt packets.I'm a hypertonic person meaning the normal isotonic saline solution is inadequate, so I was a bit nervous as to how doubling up would be. It was great. And it was nice having the premeasured packets.The really good news is when I shopped around and did some price comparisons, I found this was one of the best deals I could find, so a win/win.

I decided to try this buffered salt as an alternative to Nasopure's buffered salt because it was cheaper and came with a lot more packets. But when I use this buffered salt, it burns my nose. When I use Nasopure's buffered salt, it doesn't burn my nose at all. It's a similar feeling to when you use a nasal rinse without any salt at all. I'm not sure if it's the wrong kind of salt or what, but this one doesn't work for me. Might be worth a try for you, but I wouldn't bet on it. Order your usual buffered salt in addition to this one, just in case.

baking soda works just as well, and it balances the PH back to an alkaline state from an acidic one where infection thrives. Yes is is all about PH balance. we are just one big chemistry set.
