Excellent adjustable bench for working out at home
It has a very versatile design with 7 adjustment positions that allow for both upper and lower body exercises. It's ideal for dumbbell workouts and other strength exercises. It feels very sturdy thanks to its steel construction. It doesn't wobble or feel unstable, even when exercising with heavy weights. The padding is firm yet comfortable, helping you maintain proper posture without discomfort. Plus, the seat and backrest are wide enough to provide good support. It only took me a few minutes to assemble, as it comes practically ready-made. Plus, its foldable design is a huge plus if you have limited space at home. It's everything I was looking for.

Sturdy, Does What it Should
Bought this on sale after perusing several light benches that adjust for incline and decline. This bench is not commercial grade but it's perfect for at home use. Settings for incline are versatile and allow for a range of exercise. I've been focusing on pecs and I can do everything necessary to hit chest.I haven't used any other benches at home aside from this one so I don't have any to compare to. But if I could go back and buy the model that allows for leg work I would have saved the money getting this because squats, lunges, and hip thrusts do that anyway so I'm actually saving money having this model. (Adjustable top for incline/decline, stationary bottom with pads for ab work)The pads for knees and ankles are comfortable and I do not feel any metal beneath them. The cushion on the bench itself is also comfortable, easy to clean.Honestly, this is worth having over more expensive varieties. And if you want to bench just buy a separate rack for those purposes. Don't $skimp on a rack though. Could be the difference between life and being unsubscribed from this world.Something to note, I am 5'10" with a mildly long torso and my head still makes contact with the bench at full extension flat or incline. If I were 6' with a long torso I question whether it would miss the bench. Barely any space left up there as I am.9.5/10 would buy again if I went back in time. Minus a half a point for not being entirely black in color.

Better workouts
I was nervous about ordering a bench off of Amazon but badly wanted one to improve workouts in my apartment. This bench already comes together you just have to put the safety pins in and put the foam guards on. It’s easy to store. After a week of using the quality is great and seems to hold up. My only concern is the safety pins that comes with it. They are easy to pull out and seem flimsy. With that being said they seem to hold up while working out with the bench. I may replace them in the future but they will work until I decide to do so. For height and weight reference I’m 5’9 and 220 so it supports my weight and works well for my height

You may approach the bench!
Here is an item that speaks for itself. The Pasyou bench is a very good choice, for those of us who only need the basics, but in a sophisticated style. This bench is very smart looking & it invites you to sit on it and lift your way into a great workout. Very sturdy, stylish & compact for smaller spaces. The backrest adjustments are fine, except, I would have liked 1 more hold on the top, for a more straight up angle when sitting. It assembles very easily & will last for a really long time. also, it is more comfortable than some @ the gym.Why pay more, when you get all you need in this model. Here, you do get your money's worth.

Durable. Perfect Bench
I bought this in July 2021 and have never had any issues with it. I weigh 220lb+ and I’ve never felt uneasy sitting or standing on this. For the price, it’s an amazing value. I use this about 3-4 times per week for almost 4 years now and it’s showing no signs of wear or breakdown (I also take care of my stuff, so there’s that).Anyways, amazing piece for a home or garage gym. The adjustability is perfect for the different angles you might want and it can handle a big guy plus whatever weight you’re pushing.

First impression
Seems sturdy enough. I replaced my travel bench from PowerBlock which was more expensive and had no incline and decline and claimed a lower load max. With the PowerBlock I used furniture risers to get an incline but was difficult to pull off a decline without the ankle support. I got this hoping it would work. Unfortunately though it does have more angle options for incline than the Level 8 barely declines beyond a few degrees and level 9 does a massively steep decline. I wish it had an in-between. I also wish the ratio of the seat to bench was more appropriate for my height. I'm 5'10" and using the ankle support sits me up too high on the seat. Stoway option is ok, not as compact as the PowerBlock or as easy but better than nothing. With the incline leveler I feel this bench is less sturdy than a flat bench like the PB one, but should be enough to handle my 200lb+ weight, pressing dumbbells of 90lbs+
