If you need to get prints for firearms transfers or FBI verification, this is the way to go! They are the exact form required for NFA purchases/transfers. All you do is take them to your local police department, and get printed (my PD does them for free) .

My job required me to get fingerprinted before being hired, these cards worked out great! I took them to a fingerprinting service and they were actually able to scan my prints digitally, then print them out onto the card. They came in a plastic sleeve within an envelope, they could have been bent during transit but luckily mine were perfectly fine with no wrinkles.
