Amazing product!! So worth the money, very easy to fit, straight out of box into plug and wallah!

Ordered this mainly as a focal point in our living room. I will admit when I first opened it (no assembly required was a bonus!!), it was a little smaller than I expected! However after a couple of days it looks just fine and really gives a cosy feel! It’s been snowing here in the UK so our old terrace house doesn’t keep heat well so popped the heater on and it’s really kicked out some heat! Yes a little loud, but it will be as it’s a fan heater! Once TV is on you can barely hear it! Would buy more if I had a spot for them ha!

Heats the room quickly, very glad I got this. Costs around 60p per hour to run on the higher setting (1800w) and 30p on the lower (900w). Also has a thermostat of sorts - a dial which allows you to reach and maintain a desired temperature, with a little practice. Great little fire, very effective looks great and doesn't take up too much space. Apparently some models come with a remote, mine didn't so I can't comment on that. Who needs a remote anyway? Get up you lazy s0ds.

Lovely fireplace - thought id got a real bargain. Arrived damaged. Packaging was not damaged in any way. So was obviously sent damaged - clearly no quality control. Also, there was no remote for the fire. Arrived yesterday and was packaged up again last night. Return pick up this morning.

It looks nice but the racket from the flame is a constant buzz and when the fan is on…..it is sooo annoying. Heats the room quickly but I’m seriously looking to get something else because of the noise it makes.

Love it! So easy. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, all ready to go. It’s the perfect size for a small room, but enough space on the mantelpiece to display things. It’s the ideal solution if you haven’t got a chimney. The fan does make a noise, as all fan heaters do. No noise issues with just the light on yet. It arrived in perfect condition, well packed. No remote control. Heat output only sufficient for a small room. So far so good.

It’s a lovely fire but too small expected it to be slightly bigger and a bit more bulkier . It also arrive damaged in two places which was very disappointing
