Good Quaility
Worked great and was pretty easy to install. Note, don't loose the original chain clips that hold the trolley in place. It only comes with one set so you will need to keep one of the old ones. Not a big deal but they are small and can go missing easily. Flat head screw driver and a 1/2 wrench is all you need.

Fits great
This part fit perfectly. I checked the part number in our Lift Master handbook before ordering. Installation was not too difficult. One short cut that I did and might help others, is to unbolt the T rail at the motor end instead of the door end. The reason is, if you unbolt the T rail at the door end, there won't be enough room to slide the trolley off (it's too close to the wall), but at the motor end you can lift the bar up just enough to slide the trolley off.

Works great, but needed one more link and clip
This replaced my broken trolley and worked well. It was a dirty job messing with the chain, but knew that going in. My only complaint is that I with they had provided a second link and clip for the other side. I was able to reuse one of the old ones, but providing a second would have been better imo.

Form / Fit / Function replacement
Had my opener fail one morning and saw that the trolley had become disengaged. Upon closer look I say the part of the trolly attached to the rail had split in 2. A quick search of Amazon lead me to this item and since it was PRIME I got it the next day. Total repair time was about 90 minutes. This unit was an identical replacement for the failed trolley. It is a COMPLETE kit including new bolts, chain and chain linkage. Overall very happy. You will need to remove the rope pull to disengage the trolley from your existing unit and attach it to this unit. Moral to the story, don't ignore garage door maintenance. I believe my chain had gone slack and that lead to the failure. After repair and adjustment its smooth as silk now when in operation.

Exactly what I needed, came with all the extra parts (more than I actually needed)
My carriage was bent - one of the rivets was bent, and wasn't really holding. I don't know how it got that way, and I'm frankly a little surprised the door was still working. Finding this specific part was a bit of a trick, for an opener from around 2009, but I found a parts diagram, googled the part number, and ended up with this. Price was right, delivered quick, and it was exactly what I needed. It came with everything in the picture, which was more than I needed, all I needed was the carriage itself. Installation wasn't exactly easy, as it requires taking the opener down, taking the chain apart, sliding the damaged carriage off and the new one on, and re-connecting the chain. If you're smart, you'll carefully mark the location and put it back together with the carriage in the same place. I didn't think that through, so I ended up having to re-align the up/down stops (and tuned the stopping force while I was there). But it's all fixed now!

Super easy to install.
For me this was a two person job. It was fast and easy though. I had to remove the track to be able to slide the carrier on but it works great. Anyone can do this. So I did was watch a quick YouTube video. The only thing they forgot to mention is taking off the track but that's because they're was already down.

Original Quality
My opener is 25years old and the trolley had become noisy. Followed the directions and new one slides smoothly and quietly. 👍

A bit of work to put on but much needed
My trolley (this part) had snapped off a piece about a year ago. I never bothered to fix it as it still worked. I have a very large door, so replacing this was a bit more work than if you have a standard size door. Even still, there are a few youtube videos showing you how to swap them out. Follow them! The hardest part was getting the chain reattached once you put the trolley back on as being up 12 feet in the air by yourself working overhead in 90 degree heat and east coast humidity....well,, you're going to lose a few pounds of water weight. Definitely make sure you have open end wrench, an electric driver with a long bolt extension to make things easier when tightening the chain. You want a half inch of drop on the chain (slack). I greased the I beam the chain runs on. Between replacing this and replacing all 12 of the rollers to sealed bearing nylon rollers...that huge heavy door is very quiet!
