Great price !
I got this for my grandmother who is a heart patient in a lung patient who does not get enough oxygen. This checks not only her oxygen levels it also checks for heart rate and let you know her heartbeat what speed buy a little up and down light up thing. This is been a great help to her for monitoring how low and how high the oxygen levels are with all her activities. Great buy for that. She is well pleased with it and it is simple for a 70 year old lady to understand.

Very useful for those with health problems
I only discovered this accidentally when a Friend purchased one for his health problems and as I have a few of my own I immediately bought one, and it's certainly a useful tool for monitoring overall health. Very easy to use and read. Highly recommended.

Mixed results
There is no CE or FDA stamp on the device, box or literature BUT the company has since sent me a copy of their certification. The SPO2 and pulse readings seem accurate enough. The resp rate reading is producing mixed results so far. It doesn't deter <12 pm (this is as per specification) and is very slow to pick up on a change in resp rate. However, if it is used to detect a consistent rate for over 1 min, I was getting readings within an accuracy of 2-3 breaths / min. I will continue to test and update this review...

Great device. Very clear oxygen and HR. Naff instructions but that does not matter
I brought this because of the covid 19 epidemic as my partner is over 70. I want reassurance if he gets ill that his oxygen levels are fine. My friend got the virus quite badly and she said it was hugely helpful to be able to measure her oxygen levels and that helped keep her out of hospital. It kept her anxiety levels down when she was feeling really rough. She rang 111 three times and this was the info they wanted and they told her to stay at home. Without that info they she would have had to go to hospital. On her advice I decided to get one. It is easy to use. The screen changes alignment like a mobile phone as you tilt it which is great, so you can always read it clearly. The figures are big and clear. I checked the Heart Rate aspect with my exercise belt heart rate monitor and they were the same which is reassuring. It is a very quick way of checking HR which I find useful for my daily exercise and recovery programme so it will always have a use. I found it took a while of sitting still for the oxygen level to get to 100% if I walked around it dropped dramatically. The instructions are badly translated and not very clear but the device is fairly self explanatory. It has other functions and you can set it to do various things but they were not so clear in the instructions and I will have to spend time working those out. However oxygen and HR were really clear. It arrived in 10 days, much quicker than expected. Nice product, thank you for supplying it. Stay well everyone. xx

Excellent product and at a very competitive price. Absolutely essential for people with asthma, chronic bronchitis, CPOD etc. I was very pleased with quality of this item and most importantly ease of use. Quality item. The same model my GP uses :)

Accurate
To support my wife, bought this to monitor blood oxygen, reeds as the hospital one did and so well caibrated. does a lot of other readings also.
