MOOG 6454 Coil Spring Set for Chevrolet C10

I have a 69 c10 that originally came with a small block and turbo 400 trans. After I LS swapped the truck and installed a single turbo kit that I built, the front end would dip down when I hit a bump. I bought these moog heavy duty springs and cut about 1 coil and a half off, 2 inch drop spindles to give me a 4 inch front drop. I run 4 inch rear heavy duty drop springs and 2 inch lowering blocks. The truck now rides amazing and handles way better on dumps and turns. I'd buy these again, I hope this helps someone.

Moog makes excellent high quality replacement components. Purchased these for a total front suspension rebuild on a 1981 Chevy C10. The springs fit perfectly and are the same size as the OPEM Chevy springs. You can not go wrong with Moog replacement parts.

Put on my 1986 GMC c1500, has a v6 4.3l but these springs allow for a upgrade in the future while also giving a much smoother ride now with less drop in front. Will definitely buy again when starting my next project

Great..1.5 coils cut,perfect ride with 2 inch drop spindles.

Price is good for the pair. Easy install, fit correctly. Definitely put some life back into the front end. However, have a very persistent squeak from the spring now. Not the control control arms or other components. Spring is moving every so slightly when the weight shifts around and the squeak is unbearable. Will at some point have to pull it out and possibly rubber coat the ends and the springs seats. Only downside so far

Did away with worn sagging springs

Replaced my front coil springs on my Chevy Van with the Moog 6454 coil springs. The Moogs gave it a much better ride and it handles better as well.The Moog 6454 springs were just what my Van needed, I’m very pleased.
