A Decent Rice Cooker... Minus the Trivet!
I've got mixed feelings about this rice cooker. On the one hand, it comes with a nice measuring cup and a sturdy, good-quality plastic ladle - handy accessories that show some thought went into the overall package.On the other hand, the trivet's conspicuous absence is a major letdown. I mean, what's a rice cooker without a trivet? It's like selling a car without wheels!The rice cooker itself works okay, but the lack of a trivet makes it feel incomplete. I'm not sure what's going on with the seller's quality control, but hopefully, they'll get their act together soon.If you're in the market for a rice cooker and don't mind taking a chance on a potentially incomplete package, then this might be the product for you. Just don't say I didn't warn you...Current status, applied for replacement, unfortunately, it has not been successful. The refund has been initiated, however, it has not yet been picked up. It has been over a week since the process started.

Didn't operate properly upon first use
The cook button doesn't stay latched, but it switches to "warm" after a few minutes. I then have to hold down the ",cook" button for the rest of the time (30 mins).I also read that this was not an uncommon issue with this product.This was the cheapest rice cooker I'm Amazon here but I don't recommend it

The lid may be aluminum
It’s nice and all, as a student living all by myself it helps me a lot and is functioning properly. I got it in a cheap option as well as compared to offline market.But one con is i received aluminum lid and not the glass lid shown in the pictures. Other than that, it’s good.
