Worked Great!
Must admit, was a little weary about purchasing this after reading some of the reviews, but ended up purchasing. Wow! did it work great in my old iphone 7plus! Didn't have to register. Just popped it in when I arrived in the Philippines and got an instant connection. Data only but knew that (no phone or texts). Worked seamlessly in Manilla, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam (which I did not see listed), Singapore, and Cambodia. Bought 2 of them because was travelling for 3 weeks and each one only lasts 10 days. I did receive text messages in some foreign language (Thai?) but not sure what they said although one of them had a date and time which was almost exactly 10 days after I starting using it so thought it was warning that it was going to expire. Definitely would buy again.

Did not work....
I purchase this for my trip to Thailand as a contingency for my data/wifi. The Sim card was either hack/expire/promo ended. The instruction was out-of-date (QR code & website are garbage ADs link). You will have to search online instruction or the download the app (which is plague with ADs).Do yourself a favor and just purchase a sim/esim/data sim, when your reach intl airport destination. Don't waste your time with this data sim

Flawless SIM for Southeast Asia travel
This is the 4th or 5th time I have used it and it has always worked flawlessly.Because I travel for business I carry multiple SIM for my second phone for use in China, Hong Kong and Europe soni am used to sim changing and setup.I work mostly in Asia but have used them for personal trips in Philipines, Cambodia and Singapore all flawlessly. In fact at the end of this trip I had problems with my Kabayan Hong Kong sim upon returning to Hong Kong and used this sim in its place. It has ALWAYS worked perfectly.I would go so far as to say it always outperforms any Philipines SIMS like Sun or Globe that I bought at the airport

Pretty Good for Malaysia, OK for Cambodia
I bought this card for a trip I was taking to Taiwan, Malaysia, and Cambodia. I rented a portable wifi hotspot for Taiwan, so didn't use it there, but as soon as I got to Malaysia (KLIA/KLIA2/KL) I popped it in and it worked pretty well. It worked instantaneously with my IPhone 11 Pro. The connection and speed in Malaysia went up to 4G and I had no complaints. In Cambodia (Siem Reap) the connection was less reliable and slower at times. But I assume that was more to do with the less developed telecommunication infrastructure. Besides, I had wifi (or something like it) at the hotel. In summary, good value for the money. how well it works depends on the local infrastructure, obviously.

Worked in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Agra
This sim card provided seamless data access while I traveled throughout India. I have a moto g5 power (2021) which is not compatible with e-sims, so a physical sim was my only option. The card worked as soon as I put it in upon landing in Bangalore, and continued working as I traveled to Hyderabad, Delhi, and Agra. I have no complaints.

Activation website is "Not Found".
If I am supposed to activate this before I want to use it, it would help if the listed url actually led to a page where I could do that. I am leaving the country tomorrow so I don't have much time to do the activation. Edit after retuning to US: The seller did contact me to tell me that the activation is not necessary, so that is great, but the documentation still states that it is necessary. I upgraded a star. The performance overall was pretty good. It took a little while to resolve the connection when I first installed the sim card (so don't give up), but it did connect, and provided decent service for most of the time I was away. There was a way that you could check the data remaining on the card - and I never got that to work, it always returned 0, which I knew was not true for most of the time since it was still working, so that was not helpful. There was one screen that showed that the card was a 500 mg card, even though I had purchased a 6 gig card and the packaging reflected that. And while I didn't think I would use the entire 6 gig, the card stopped working at the end of my stay so I think it might have been a 500 mg card, since it was not unreasonable that I could have used that amount of data.Anyway, for the timeframe I needed it, 10 days, it was a cost effective option and I preferred not having to go through the Great Firewall the entire time, which would have blocked me from the yahoo, gmail and google, the NYTimes and the WAPO.So I will give it an average rating, it did have some utility but there were some glitches that were unfortunate. It still might be useful for a traveler at this price point.

Does the job
I used this in Bangalore/Bengaluru. It does work if you manually select Airtel (or, scary, "Airtel Forbidden") from list of networks for this SIM. It will send you texts that you can use to debug but they are in Thai. Its best to get this working in a hotel or workplace where you have working wifi so you can use google translate to translate the texts. Do not try to debug at home in the US because it might start the 10 day clock from when you insert in the US.It performed 4G at up to 20mbit/sec most of the time, but sometimes dropped to edge at a similar rate as my Indian colleagues with airtel service.India bans skype calling indian numbers within india. If you are able to use VPN on your phone skype will work to call/text indian landline/mobile. I specifically tried with OpenVPN. However, most Indians use whatsapp which works fine with this SIM even in edge mode.It seems the going price of a prepaid sim with 1GB/day in india with an indian national ID is 300-600 Rs (~$4-$8) for 3 months. Thus if you can get a friend or colleague to buy a SIM its far better deal but it won't help you at the airport.
