I got this case a few months back after reading all the reviews I thought it was the best fit for my new iPhone XS Max. A few days ago was getting out my car and it dropped on its back causing my back glass to crack. So disappointed on this product don’t believe the hype.

I just received the case about two hours ago. I wanted to install my phone as quickly as possible in it. So first impressions...1. The case fits very snug and true. (I have the XS Max.)2. The feel is a little weird on the bac because it’s not flush. The surround is raised from the clear cover protector on the back. I’m getting use to it pretty quick.3. The clear cover does show prints and smudges extremely easy with limited amount of use so far but can easily wipe them away.4. I purchased the Blue case. It’s an extremely matte dark blue. It’s not bad.Over all first impressions are pretty good. If I have any issues I will update. Hope this helps someone choosing.Update I was selling one of my big rigs today and I had the phone about 8-9 ft off the ground showing the buyer of my rig a few things. I wasn’t paying attention and my phone went flying onto the ground. This thing took an impact and not a scratch on this case. I thought I was screwed. But nope! All good. Less then 48 hours having this case and it already saved my butt!

This case is prefect! Protects the phone well from drops. The material is durable & the outside edge is not gummy, the back is smooth. The design works with Wireless Charging & fits in to Wireless Gaming Controller with out removing the cover. Also comes with glass screen protector.*UPDATE* It’s been nearly a year since I’ve had this phone protector on my iPhone XS Max & it is the best product I’ve ever used for a phone protector. The phone has been dropped more than over 10x, the exterior of the protector only has one small gash from hitting a sharp edge. Other than that, it hasn’t come apart like all the big name brands. The rear clear panel is quiet resilient. Wireless charging, phone mounts (Ram X), game controller. It does it all with out being bulky. My phone screen is still perfect & no damage thanks to the raised profile around the front screen.

Got this case cause I wanted something to show off my dbrand skin. So far so good. Feels rugged but I would be scared if I dropped it and it landed flat on its back. Time will only tell.

Haven’t had it on my phone 4 hours and already love it. Sturdy. Sound. Shows my phone color which I like & looks good. Haven’t dropped it yet (don’t plan to) but I will update if this case fails the fall test.Update: Dropped phone (accidentally) and the case didn’t save my screen edges... I’m looking into a case with better coverage, however I do really like this one. It’s just one of those things.

The case was merely packaged in a clear plastic baggy that had an Amazon barcode on it. The case itself is attractive, but very thin in construction. Much flimsier than my previous case. I don't have confidence that this case wold protect my phone if it falls. My previous case protected my phone from several drops. After trying this case for a couple days, I wound up finding a better case elsewhere. The case is thinner, and some people may like that, but I found it much harder to quickly pick up and grip when I'm in a hurry.

Update: I still use this case every day and I’ve had absolutely no problems. I’m very clumsy so I’m constantly dropping my phone and it’s never cracked from a fall. I cracked the corner because I was carrying my phone in my mouth while climbing through a window, and I guess I bit too hard. If you don’t do that then you’ll be fine!The case fits nicely. Just read the directions and you’ll figure out how to put on the screen protector. I’m rating this a 4/5 because I’m not completely sure it’s worth its price. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for a bit of a higher quality case

Description says this case is for an iPhone XS Max but it’s off by about half an inch and the phone was sliding around in it and not secure at all. This looks like it’s for a Samsung Galaxy even though the box says XS Max. Very disappointed and will be returning.
