I bought this to extend the wifi from the bedroom to the living room, and this does the job effectively. Now, you won't have 100% of the speed you get next to the router, and it is better when connected to an Ethernet cable, but this helps you extend your wifi to more areas of your home without needing anything else. If you run into any issues while setting the device up, press the reset button for a few seconds and you can restart from scratch. I recommend also turning off the wifi option from your mobile device and trying to find the extender again.Overall, this product is easy to use and set up and is very reliable. Though it didn't give me terrific speeds when not connected to an Ethernet cable, it did significantly improve the situation I had before getting it. If you don't have tremendous speed needs in the room you want to extend the wifi to, this product is perfect. Would recommend!

When I got it I took out the directions and it said to "Plug it in" so I did into the AC . I followed the steps and at the end is said "No Internet". What it should say is 1. Plug the device into the AC. 2. Plug the device into your router using the enclosed cable. When you do this it only takes a few minutes to complete the setup. It really worked well and cured the big dead space we had at the far end of the second floor. Its worth the money and with these directions its easy to set up.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would Will not connect at all. I tried wifi with two different browsers and it tells me site is unavailable. I tried it on my desktop which is wired diectly to the modem; same problems. Then, I wired the unit directly to the modem. Not only did it not work, it also messed up my desktop from connecting to the internet at all. I had to unplug the unit and reboot my desktop. It tried putting in all 0s for the pin # for the unit and it tried to hook up,but because it doesn't have a pin (I don't understand why they didn't just give it a pin#), I am returning it

This Extender works better than any I have ever bought. The company sent me an Email that took me through the configuration process step by step. I bought two other extenders that were useless because the instructions to configure them were terrible.

Not what I was hoping for. I wanted to extend my WiFi from my house further out into the yard so we could use it around our fire pit. It didnt go far past the house. The instructions were not good. I googled and found better instructions online. I will be returning it.

I didn't call the support but it is working. It is pretty easy to setup. My Samsung tablet has the hand shake issue with At&T router. I use this WiFi bridge as an access point and it is working fine with my tablet.

This was a complete waste of money. After setting this up multiple times, it never functioned as advertised. It did not extend my wireless coverage using my existing wifi. I unfortunately did not meet the deadline for returning. It is currently sitting in my garage unplugged where it will stay until I throw it away. I would recommend spending a little more on a quality product.

The only downside is the poorly written directions; that seems to be more of a translation issue, though. Can’t beat the price and it works great!
