Worth it.
Use only this type of roller because its stretch our facia and relax the muscle and we can do bignner level of push up and squats against the wall and many more but other rollers hard .good for cervical pain and back pain also.

Does not slip. Right level of hardness
Used it for a month now. Good sturdy stuff. hasn't deformed yet. If you are confused between 30 cm vs 45 cm, go for the longer one. Even 60 cm if available. It will give you more variety of exercises.

Poor packaging. Came Damaged due to inadequate wrapping.
The media could not be loaded. "Decent product, disappointing packaging. The foam quality is good, but the delivery was marred by poor packaging. Instead of proper protective wrapping, the item was merely wrapped in black tape, leading to damage. Unpacking was also tricky due to the risk of damage from sharp objects. Improved packaging would greatly enhance the overall experience.
