So pros and cons, honestly: Great pics, fun information. However the text seems badly written as if not by an author but by a guy who wanted to sound cool writing a book. Oddly, my mechanic who has a hole in the wall shop in Queens NY is in here with a 3 page spread. Not sure how that's remotely a dream garage (John's onff of 69th st). He's a great mechanic but his shop is not in a good location and is smaller than most home garages. I got the book for $5 so I guess that's what it's worth.

great book. it's about the spots that (in my opinion) are dissapearing slowly. i'm the blessed one who lives few minutes away from John's Cycle Center in Woodside, Queens. LEGEND. I think it's a great present too, if you have somebody who eats, sleeps, talks only about two wheels :)) but maybe more for the romantic, old timer, classic bike rider/owner

Seriously bad! Not helpful at all--a poor opportunity for the author to brag and stroke egos... Wasted money that does not contribute to motorcycles--just egos. Recommend spending your money elsewhere.

great book
being a motorcycle nut when i saw the title i had to get it ,and when i got it i was so happy it was not full of Orange County Choppers kinda bikes in fact just the opposite people with great serious hobbies with really dream garages icing on the cake was when the author mentions my friends place (Powerplant Choppers) .My only complain on this book was that it was not more of it, cant wait for another one and hopefully one about motorcycle dream garages in Europe as well . herman agopian

Awesome book, bad quality
This book was listed as brand new, but when I looked at it, it was obvious that this is a used book. Edges of the outside cover were worn, and the actual hardcover of the book was also worn. Kind of annoying when you buy a "new" book for someone and it shows up like you got it at a garage sale. Also, I ended up paying 52 bucks with shipping, and open the cover where it says 35USD. Kiiiiind of a rip off. The book itself is very cool though, lots of pictures and info.

Tons of great ideas
This book gives the reader a detailed look at some of the most outlandish and very basic types of "dream garages" that all of us gearheads simply wish for. A good read all around.

Also a great coffe table book
Unless you are one of the people depicted In this book, it'll make you feel miserable about your garage. Beautiful photos of beautiful machines and places. I've put it on my coffe table and discovered that it's great to start a conversation, even with people who don't care for bikes.

Very tasty
I bought this as a Christmas present for my bros-in-law and almost ended up keeping it for myself...Although my interests lie with four-wheeled vehicles, the images contained within this tome almost resulted in a road to Damascus like conversion. Some guys have all the luck - namely, garages to die for! The contents strike a reasonable balance between modern high-end/ high-spec garages and the traditional guys-in-their very cluttered sheds. I lean more to the latter state of mind as it reminds me of my Dear Old Dad, his workplace ( in the 70s) and his garage at our family home. Consequently, I particularly love the chapter on the Japanese owned old-school LA bike shop - WOW! Jay Leno's collection, in it's hanger-like home also serves to inspire and amaze...This is a great present for petrol heads and dreamers. Recommended.
