Quality showerhead with great pressure. Absolutely recommend this
This showerhead is a game changer. It works much better than our old showerhead. I don't like all the settings and it is kind of hard to see, but the shower setting is amazing and gives great spray quality. We do not have any issues with the pressure and we would even go as far to say that the pressure is better than before. I did remove the flow restrictor per the reviews, and had amazing results. Pros: -Easy to install. Took 5 minutes -Amazing water pressure -Soft on skin and pressure does not hurt Cons: -drips a bit after stopping shower (but stops in 30 seconds) -Not the prettiest shower head -Annoying/difficult to turn to the different shower functions -I only like the full spray mode

Hansgrohe still makes an outstanding shower head
A plumber turned me on to Hansgrohe 25 years ago (I remember him saying "this showerhead will change your life" LOL). Not sure about that, but it is by far the best I've ever owned. We have hard water and the smaller shower heads (ie the ones that come with the set) were clogged and didn't provide us with good water pressure. I ordered a couple of the Hansgrohe Clubmaster and installed them. I'd recommend getting some Teflon tape for this, as it makes installation easier and prevents leaks. I just used a pair of pliers and a microfiber cloth to protect the finish of the showerhead. Righty-tighty and it's on. Great pressure & we love having the 3 different settings because my wife likes a different setting than I do. And, most importantly the hard water doesn't affect the flow of this head, which I believe is due to the Hansgrohe self-cleaning functionality. They aren't cheap, but at least in my experience plumbing fixtures are things where you get what you pay for.

Good shower head. Nice water feel. Too narrow.
I can see why so many people swear by this shower head. It really is special assuming good pressure and restrictor modifications. Nice gentle spray with lots of warmth. Pressure without that pins and needles feeling (i’m looking at you aqua elegance). However, you will be moving your body side to side constantly trying to keep your shoulders warm. Try a Moen 6230 to minimize that issue. I tried this again and the solution is to mount it very high up. If you can it’s a great shower head. If not maybe you can do better. I ended finding in a hotel room and I can say even though I bought the Moen I really do see why this shower head is so loved. Edit July 2023: Changed my review. Got this for a second bathroom. Wow. I have to say there is something about this showerhead that makes you never want to stop showering. I love the Moen 6230 but that one is all business. Cleans you really fast. But this one is just luxury. All 3 settings feel so good. The water is always soft. You just want to stay and luxuriate in the shower. This really is a special showerhead. I’ve found it in the nicest resorts and there is a reason for that.

Nice Quality--not sure if I would buy it again.
This is a nice quality product. You can tell this the moment you open the box. It is substantial and feels very well made--typical German engineering. I remove the flow restrictor as my wife and I indulge ourselves from time to time and we live on a well, so I don't feel as environmentally non sensitive as I should. The massage feature sends a blistering force spray at you. The soft feature sends a "garden hose" type dump on you. I thought my wife would like this soft feature for rinsing her hair but the answer was no. We both felt that the soft and normal feature really could have used a bit firmer spray. The massage sends water flying off your body and all over the bathroom. I have yet to try it with the flow restrictor installed, but will soon. I think this showerhead is going to spend its life at the normal setting and I wish it had a bit firmer pressure there.

Hansgrohe shower head is one the best, if not the best, shower head out there. It's true.
Nothing more to say than this is the best shower head I have come across. Highly recommend!

Not worth the cost
Despite the hype and cost, this was a terrible shower head. Weak flow. I replaced it with a cheap Delta (16 bucks) that had so much better pressure.

Unnecessary water restrictions devices
Hansgrohe makes an excellent product. My previous shower head lasted almost 25 years however due to the water restriction devices installed in this latest model it takes twice as long to take a shower and my wife has a problem getting the soap out of her long hair. I have not been able to remove the water restrictor and am thinking about returning the Hansgrohe for something cheaper and easier to remove the internal restriction device.

Expensive, but worth it.
I've spent hundreds of dollars on shower heads over the years. Some I like for a few months, others I can barely tolerate for a week. This Hansgrohe beauty will be in my shower for as long as it lasts, which should be a lifetime given how well it's constructed. I find each of the 3 spray settings useful, but the main setting is the best spray I've ever felt. So many streams and some are angled inward a bit more than others so you get a huge, full spray pattern that gets me rinsed in record time. And those streams aren't prickly or stingy like from some of those air-infused, water-saving shower heads. These babies are big and strong (be sure to remove the flow restrictor). The other settings are a strong 3-jet massage spray and a gentle, faucet-like rinse. As much as I like the main setting, I do use the others occasionally. I'm also a big fan of the sleeve that goes over the shower connection, which takes the place of plumbers' tape. Saves time during the install, looks cool and no leaks whatsoever. The Clubmaster is expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. Besides, it's hard to put a price tag on waking up to the best shower possible - every day.
