i ordered for 4 camera and recived only 3 in the box
i purchase this for my sweet shop camera quality is excelent all is good but the worst thig that i order 4 camera 2 dom 2 bullet but when i recive the amazon box i recived only 3 camera 2 dom 1 bullet i talk with amazon customer care i did nt get the solution i have to install as soon as possible the camera so i installed it i request to the amazon and also saler to give me extra bullet camera

Waves in the output of 1 camera - All connections were checked and found ok.Online view stopped coming on mobile in the app HIK Connect. It was coming earlier.Can the company, supplier or anybody please help?

In a 3 months of period hard disk gets corrupted and no warranty.When we checked the hard disk its seems used one and not a new. Fully waste of money and Please don't buy this product.
