This is an excellent product, I’m vitamin D deficient and was prescribed this by my naturopathic doctor. I can feel a huge difference between this brand and the other less expensive ones. The lipoic land is very potent and it’s absorbed very quickly. My energy perks up immediately after I take this. I would highly recommend this for anyone that is vitamin D3 deficient. just make sure that you’re taking it in the dosage that your physician recommends.

Taking this Vitamin D is so easy! It doesn’t have a bad aftertaste at all, which is a huge plus. I love the flexibility of being able to drop it directly into my mouth or just mix it into my morning drink.
