Perfect insulation for those shafts in the windowsill!

It’s the recommended stuff to insulate your window ac that Amazon advertises that replaces the inadequate amount and insufficiently poor performing stuff that is typically included with your new AC. Unfortunately it’s too squishy and even doubled up it will wiggle and escape where you place it. I think it’s a better insulator, but without anything adhesive on it and it’s inability to stack itself and stay put I was left with the more obvious issue of uneven black snake like material re-emerging quite visibly and looking well “Homer Simpson-esque”. DISCLAIMER: Many “projects” I attempt look like this in the end, so take this review with that salty stuff they give you for a colonoscopy (Go Class of May 28th ‘22) and don’t take this review too harshly. It’s just my lack of skill and it’s inability to adhere to anything as it’s missing said adhesive side.

Does the job. Not sure how it will hold up over time.

Very dense foam and well priced and totally accurate description. I am using this foam behind the curtain rails to block light going up to the ceiling behind the curtains since the sun rises at 5am in the summer!!!! I will have to add double sided tape to it but it is still a great item, as described, just wish it came with tape.

Perfect for keeping ants and earwigs from crawling in from the sides and, especially under installed sliding window ACs of which I have 3 installed.
