You do need to like the taste of coconut. I was using this to make keto cornbread (equal parts with almond flour), and I found it a little sweet from the coconut flour. It's nice if you want a hint of sweet, but for cornbread, I decided to go to a 2 to 1 (almond to coconut flour) ratio. This would probably make wonderful keto cake, but I haven't tried it yet.

Really good in baking. Just remember-- if you're substituting for all purpose flour, use 1/4 as much coconut flour. This WILL give your baking a coconut flavor, but that's not a bad thing in, say, homemade brownies. ;)

Great taste. Very finely sifted. I have only used it in banana bread and cookies. Both were light and moist.
