More female officers needed when questioning victims of rape and sex trafficking. More community policing essential, especially in run down areas. More promotions important from ethnic groups. Sympathy needed in cases of euthanasia? Should a copkiller ever be granted parole? As ever, there is much to admire: incisive scripts, fine cast. Interesting bonus features show how the main characters have developed over the years. Much that is tough. Much that is moving. Appreciation is increased for those in the front line trying to keep us safe. What a tribute that the police themselves rate the series so highly - so much ringing true, this as it is.

Excellent show
I love this show about a true family, a family of cpps and lawyers. I bought this for my wife at christmas ,I love the show I will miss it when its finished,always keeps me guessing the outcome if each episode, they never seem to put om weight eating all the time,around the dinner table lol , great cast , great stories, and great acting.

Good story lines quality actors
Tom Selleck biggest fan since the days he wore the shortest of shorts in Magnum (showing my age now) so, anything he stars in I'm there he still has that twinkle in his eyes & this series Blue Blood has good story lines including stars who acted in Magnum series

One of the best series to come out of US TV
Hours of watching satisfaction without distraction of adverts. Bit of a shock to find that each episode runs to just 42 minutes. The conflicts of interest are handled clumsily. Did they really have to place Janko in same station as Jamie. Still, it creates a tension that the writers keep mining. Frank is still wonderful. Greatly looking forward to next year's season 10.
