This is very durable but very light weight. It is great with shoes on to exercise my calves and knee for circulation and perfect for bare feet. The bumps on it are not too big but still effective for massaging. The size is perfect, and the style almost lets you go sideways as well. I want another for home.

I've always been flat footed but my arch has been hurting so I decided to try this. It feels really good. I have found that between this and getting a shoe that has a slight arch, my feet feel much better.

Works wonders to release tension in entire leg

At first I thought it was just a piece of foam and just didn't feel like it helped my foot. Once I figured out the pressure and how to use it, this thing works wonders!The quality is pretty well made and really helped relieve my foot pains. Just apply the right pressure and you'll feel the stress soothe away

It is used for plantar fasciitis and its an awesome tool for rolling . Light weight.

The roller works as intended. My only complaint is that due to the construction (a likely plastic core, covered with rubber) the roller creaks. It is not terribly loud but I would prefer silence such as with a solid rubber roller.

For me, rolling this under my foot isn't enough. I need to stand on it while rolling it back and forth. Since it is tough and durable this works well.

Feels great and is exactly what I was looking for for deep message in my feet

I used to use a golf ball to roll on the bottom of my foot because of my planter’s fasciitis but kept losing the ball. This is perfect, can roll it while i am sitting down and roll it on the bottom of my foot with full control. Works well, would recommend.

So, I ended up with the plantar's fasciitis (not sure how you spell it)...the painful heel condition.I've struggled along with it for about five months now, and finally just went to a chiropractor/physio who called it that, so I looked this thing up and bought it.It arrived well packaged with a little booklet in it that is actually quite informative and well put together.The craziness happened when I used it.Pain...gone. Literally, first use. Absolute madness. Why have I been hobbling around in the night like someone thirty years old than me?!This little thing has absolutely solved my problem...astonishing result for something so simple.My chiropractor told me to roll a bottle of gatorade under my foot...but if you're looking at this product...please believe me when I tell you it actually solved my problem. I only have to use it for ten or fifteen seconds every three or four day, but the results are instant. Before, I struggled daily.Whoever invented this thing, and whoever is making this product...THANKS! It's incredible.

Ein gutes Produkt

Hatte vorher ein Teil bestellt, bei dem mehrere Rollen aus Holz mit kleineren Noppen hintereinander gesetzt sind und eine einzelne Holzrolle. Beide hatten für mich keinen Effekt weil sie zu sanft waren und man nicht punktuell stimulieren kann.Das Produkt hier war jetzt ein positives Update. Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Zu langzeiteffekten kann ich noch nichts sagen :)
