Great vitamin combo.
I take them everyday and love the combo of D3 and K2. It’s a good quality vitamin. Easy to swallow and not a big pill. They’re pretty effective.

Good for anyone but especially those who don't have access to sunlight
This is the right combination of Vitamin Kr and D3 (synergistic) and blood tests come back almost too good for me - I've backed down on this a bit (was taking two in morning, one in afternoon and evening). If you can't get optimal sunshine (best source) every day this is a good alternative

Easy to swallow, no negative effects
I took the entire bottle and didn’t notice a difference either way, bad or good. I am giving 4 stars because I didn’t notice anything negative and I assume it did good things for my body, but I can’t give 5 stars because I didn’t notice anything positive necessarily. Not sure if I would buy again unless my bloodwork came back and a dr said I needed to take this because my levels were very low.

Ideal if you practice exercises
When I decided to buy them it was because I began to have some discomfort in my knees, and acquire them, after taking them for several weeks my knee pain has improved, it should be noted that I also take calcium, vitamin and other supplements!
