This is a a very under the radar product. I originally had seen this at spa when walking through their boutique. I went home and ordered it.High quality and last for years. You'll feel so stellar after using every time you shower. Highly recommend.

I found this item years ago via spa of some sort. I was silly and didn't retain the name or packaging, so years later when I lost it, I hunted all over online searching for all kinds of variations on "shower glove" and after much frustration finally found it. At the time, I bought two, and figured I'd be set. Lo and behold, even MORE years later, I've lost both due to loss-by-moving and stupidly thinking I could microwave this thing to sterilize it (DON'T DO IT, it will melt). So on the web I got, worried I wouldn't be able to find the thing. This time I was smarter and typed "honeycomb shower glove" and eventually Amazon led me to the wonder of wonders.Comfortable and soft on the skin, never grows mold or gook, easily dries, travels well, I always have one for travel and one for the home. It is indeed a great gift, and lathers up nicely. I did try the face mitt first before the shower mitt, but found it felt too rough on the face. It does technically do a scraping motion with the edges of the honeycombs, which my body doesn't mind but my face always felt a little sensitive to it in the morning so I just use face washes with exfoliators in them versus the face mitt.

I had been looking for one of these for a long time, they are kind of hard to find. I am so happy I found it! There is no other scrub loofa type thing like this. The material it is made of is a honeycomb like plastic. One side gives a firmer scrub, the other side is softer, so depending on the body part you are washing, you can get the amount of scrub you want. Due to the honeycomb texture, it is very easy to rinse and keep clean. I never gets mildewy or smelly, like a sponge or other loofas can do. Because you wear it like a mitten, it makes it so easy to scrub all over and it feels so luxurious. So much better than your typical scrubby loofa. It is totally worth every penny and it will last for years. You will be so glad if you get one of these. They sell them at a spa that i Go to for the same price as Amazon, so you won't find a better deal. Would make a wonderful gift too.

Do I get frequent spray tans? Yes. Do I let that spray tan build up? Also, yes (it’s gross, I know). When you want to get back to seeing what your skin ACTUALLY looks like, this is the mitt for you. With very little elbow grease, I’m able to see my pale white skin through layers of orange grime.An added benefit I didn’t expect, I have very little pubic hair (thanks laser hair removal), but there are a few that still grow in that I get waxed every few months. They usually caused terrible ingrown hairs “down there” (like the kind you squeeze and they explode much to your joy and utter disgust). I’ve been using this for a few months, and my waxer commented my skin looked better (also alarming that she noticed, but that’s for my therapist, not my Amazon review). I haven’t had a single ingrown hair since purchasing this, and for that I’m thankful.

I received and used the mitt for the first time yesterday. It feels very lightly made but durable. The outside is a little rough on the skin, I guess that's for the exfoliation. You do have to be careful on more sensitive areas. The inside, where your hand is, is much smoother. The whole thing feels almost spongey, or bouncy, when I squeeze it. It does lather up the soap pretty well.I'm updating my review after about 4.5 months. I'm not sure if it dulled with use or if I just learned how to use it better, but it doesn't feel as super-rough anymore. Much more comfortable.

This is the MOST AMAZING shower mitt of all time! Yes it seems pricey but it is so worth the money! It feels like a little massage for your skin, so invigorating. Although I don't find it to be too rough, I will say my nipples didn't appreciate it. So best to avoid your sensitive bits. My favorite aspect of it though is how quickly it dries compared to a regular shower pouf. The material and design helps keep it from getting that funky smell, so it will last a long time. Plus if you travel a lot like I do, the quick dry feature means you can pack it without your whole bag smelling like a wet dog. I am super pleased with this and will be purchasing some as Christmas gifts for family.
