Mini Kawaii Doodle Cuties: Sketching Super-Cute Stuff from Around the World (Volume 4) (Kawaii Doodle, 4)

My daughter saw this at her friend's house and had to have it. She has used it quite a bit, so far mostly for tracing. But improving her skills. I went back and forth for the larger book vs this smaller size. The only difference I could tell was the size(which she decided smaller would be easier to take places) and maybe a couple of missing sketches.

This book is so adorable! I love the compact, lay flat, design. My kids and I both love to use this. There are tons of cute pages that show you the step by step, so you feel as a beginner that you can actually turn out something adorable. And then There are lots of inspiration/idea pages in between. It’s just really fun. I’ll happily add any of this authors books to my collection.

Didn’t realize it’s a mini book & it’s pretty small. Sending back for a larger book. But if your wanting a small art book (hand size) then it’s cute for on the go.

Great gift for a fun 9 year old girl!

This is essentially a “how to draw” book where the last step is slapping the same two little Black dot eyes and a u shaped smile on what you drew.

So if you follow the order of the series the beginner level drawing go up a notch slowly, so if you get this one first they are a bit more intricate. But still simplistic. Very easy to follow and absolutely adorable designs. I highly recommend the series for those trying out cute, simpe designs they can add detail too later as they progress i their art.

Nice little cute book, easy to carry around. My daughter loved it and so do I. Spent some nice quality time doing doodling together. I do think some drawings are hard for 6 year old to follow, but with some help from adult it was no problem at all.
