Slightly sweeter and less spicy than Sriracha. It's excellent though.. I put it on everything.

I've found that not all sriracha sauces taste the same. After doing a bit of research, this Polar brand almost always came in #1 or very close to it. This isn't sold around me so ordered it from Amazon. Delicious! Highly recommend. (Polar also sells tinned sardines - and they are BY FAR the best I've eaten! -MW Polar Brisling Sardines, Smoked In Olive Oil.)

My forearms are getting stronger thanks to these bottles. I twist the nozzle all the way open, and very little sauce comes out. I even stuck a pin through the cap to "unblock" it, but that did not improve the situation.

Have tried numerous other Sriracha’s. This one is the closest thing to the original Huy Fong sriracha.

Not quite the same as huy fong if that’s what you’re into but has a nice, bright, spice to it. Definitely better than most of the grocery store knockoffs (TJs, blech!). Wish it came in a couple bigger bottles instead of a bunch of minis but a good price if you have the space to store them.

Before buying this I tried Trader Joe's (bleh!) and Ninja Squirrel (pretty good). This tastes close enough to US brand Hoy Fung (rooster label) that I had no trouble switching. Hoy Fung does taste a bit better so will be returning to that when it becomes available again and prices return to earth.

I feel like a turncoat for saying this as Huy Fong sriracha sauce has served us well for decades, but we like MW Polar better. When Huy Fong became impossible to find, we did a taste test of several available brands and preferred this one.
