Great supplement for hair.
Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Quantity for the price is excellent. Derms say Bioting dont work but as soon as I stop using this product my hair thins out and I start losing a lot of hair. Wont hurt my stomach if I take it without food. No taste whatsoever.

Great product, no flavor, easy to swallow
I loved this product. It was easy to swallow because it's small. It was also flavorless, which was a huge bonus. I got quite a bit for very little money so I would say this is a great value for sure. My hair and skin and nails look so much more healthy, shiny and sturdy since starting this product. Definitely recommend, and will be buying again.

Veio lacrado e agora após uns meses de uso vejo o resultado. Meu cabelo estava com muita queda por conta da cesárea. Após um mês usando direitinho quase não caía mais. Agora vejo ele crescer bem mais rápido. Vale muito a pena
