I like these because they’re small and easy to swallow. I bite them in half and use half a pill a day because that’s really all you need. They don’t have any taste. It’s a better alternative than the biotin gummies that are loaded with sugar and corn syrup. And I can honestly say that after maybe 10 years to a year of being on biotin I noticed that my hair definitely thickened up and became easier to style. My thin areas are smaller and easier to hide now. BUT I’ve also been taking finasteride (propecia), as well as using minoxidil twice daily and ketaconozole 2% shampoo 3x/week. So I’m sure they’ve all worked together. I hope this helps anyone else out there who’s looking to thicken their hair!

I loved this product. It was easy to swallow because it's small. It was also flavorless, which was a huge bonus. I got quite a bit for very little money so I would say this is a great value for sure. My hair and skin and nails look so much more healthy, shiny and sturdy since starting this product. Definitely recommend, and will be buying again.

The most affordable biotin in this dose. But beware that it has 96mg of calcium per serving. So be careful .

I take one per day in the morning with food. This is the best biotin I have ever taken. It really makes my nails and hair grow quickly and strengthens them.
