Excellent pans. Well worth the money
Amazing piece of kitchenware. Always been a bit sceptical about the claims of how good these pans are but was really impressed. You have to read the instructions-yes there instructions on how to season it first before cooking in it to get the best results! Nothing sticks to it. Tried pancakes first- they were perfect!! Fried eggs in the evening- perfect!! Expensive but worth it. Will be buying a few more pans now from the huge selection

Complete Rip-Off - Useless Non-Stick Pan
I'd had my eye on this pan for a while after seeing a few YouTube chefs use it, and was really excited to receive it for Christmas. I tested it by frying an egg in it, and it was great - just like the ads. Since then, however, the non-stick surface has worked less and less well, to the point where it's now completely ineffective, even with a load of oil. Everything sticks to it, it's a pain to clean (since despite saying it's "dishwasher-friendly, the instructions say to hand wash it), and it can barely even fry an egg at this point without it sticking. Wouldn't be so disappointed if it hadn't been so expensive, but at over £150, I can't help but feel it's a complete waste of money.

A great pan, except for non-stick unless you season regularly... (doh!)
TL;DR: A great pan overall except for non-stick unless you regularly season the pan, not the best anywhere (except cleaning). Note: Per the instructions, we seasoned the pan upon receiving it, before first usage. Our verdict after 6 months of daily use. Pros: - Excellent searing power and heat distribution. Yes, you should do your cooking at medium to low heat most of the time, but if you like your steak rare, you can quickly form a crust by using high heat. - Easiest pan to clean. Without a doubt and by far, the easiest pan I ever had to clean. Sometimes, it almost feels like running water on it is enough. Also because it is metal-resistant, you can safely use a scourer. - Durability. The pan looks and feels durable. After 4 months of daily usage, it still looks as good as new, the surface is still scratchless and inspires reliability, unlike cheap non-stick pans that were good for the bin after 6 months (despite using silicon ustensils). Cons: - Not very good for non-stick. Like most non-stick pans, it is amazing the first week or two, then gets worse after that. After 4 months of use, the non-stick is just as bad as any average non-stick pan, even if you use some fat. That said, somehow the non-stick still applies when it comes to cleaning, but don't expect your eggs to fly like in the promotional videos (it actually works the first week, not beyond that...). - Value for money. Despite certain qualities, the price point is too high if you consider some excellent and cheaper alternatives, in particular the Tefal Speckled line-up (Mineralia/Natural Force). Conclusion: The Hexclad pan is excellent overall. But the price point is way too high when you compare it to the Tefal Speckled pans. Those only lose to Hexclad in searing power and cleaning, but they come at a fraction of Hexclad's price and their non-stick work wonderfully (making them fairly easy to clean as well). The only issue we have with the Tefal one is their avaiability, especially at the sizes we need (20cm and 22cm). UPDATE: It looks like the non-stick properties can still be outstanding after 8 months of daily use. We just happened to decide to season the pan again before cooking an omelet and the eggs could really fly off the pan (see video), instead of being all stuck a couple weeks before.... Now, while that is great news regarding non-stick, we are not upgrading the rating. If seasoning the pan before each usage is required for perfect non-stick, you might end up using (wasting) a lot of oil just to upkeep the non-stick while this is not necessary with the Tefal pans (the ones with speckled "stone" surface). In that case, one advice would be using some oil you would throw away regardless: we season the pan using the sunflower oil from tuna tins.

Very poor quality. Non stick coating peeling/flaking off all round the pan
Non stick coating peeling/flaking off all around the edges of the pan, keeps going in my food now so have to completely stop using the pan as we all know how bad non stick coating is for your health!!! Currently in the process of a warranty claim but my god they make you jump through so many hoops to submit a claim. This seems to be a common fault with Hexclad cookware and from reading on line most people have not been able to claim under warranty which is very misleading leading from Hexclad. Will update this review once i get a reaponse from Hexclad on whether they will replace under warranty or come up with some excuse of why its not a warranty issue (even though is down right dangerous/bad for health to be eating the non stick coating which is flaking off. The pan is only 2 years old and had very little use as well! Not good at all for the very high price you pay!

It’s a fake product that you are selling. The pan is not from hex clad it’s from a brand called Flanek. Handle is different from photo of advertised product.

I am far from a culinary expert. My daughter loves her Hexcclad pans and we needed a small pan to support her cooking skill. Filling the clean up roll, I find these products perform fantastic. A quality dish soap and light scrub brush clean up the mess easily and it is good to go. The heat spreads evenly across the pan and fills the bill for our cooking needs. The Terrabond coating is supposed to not leach like Teflon and I hope that holds true. As far as metal utensils, a knife will cut through the coating so use care. Purchased to support both gas and future induction cooking. Satisfied with the performance. Strong recommendation from a rookie cook.

I’ve been using the HexClad 12-inch hybrid nonstick frying pan, and it’s quickly become one of my most-used pans in the kitchen. The hybrid nonstick surface is a great balance between traditional nonstick and stainless steel. Food releases easily, but I can still get a good sear on meats. It handles eggs, vegetables, and proteins well without sticking when used properly. The pan heats evenly, feels solid and well-built, and the stay-cool handle is comfortable and secure. I also like that it’s induction-ready and works on all cooktops, which makes it very versatile. Being oven safe and dishwasher safe is a big bonus for convenience and cleanup. This isn’t a flimsy lightweight pan — it feels durable and designed to last. As long as you follow the recommended care (medium heat and light oil), performance has been excellent. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-purpose frying pan that performs well across a wide range of cooking tasks and is worth the investment.
