Blended this up with cold water and some blueberries. It was really thick and creamy and the taste was not too sweet, a problem for me with many of these meal replacements. I think a bit of crushed ice to replace the water could help even more (I like it cold) and maybe strawberries or mixed berries. I don't like artificial fruit flavors so adding berries adds fiber and not a lot of extra calories. The vanilla on its own was fine. Could also add instant coffee to it. The vanilla is not overpowering.It didn't exactly fill me up, and I'm not a big eater. But as a meal replacement, calorie control food, I'll give it five stars.

This is the best most flavorful protein powder on the market! I love to mix mine into my morning coffee so a mocha smoothie that keeps me full all morning. The low glycemic index helps regulate blood sugar so there is not a sugar spike where you eventually feel less energetic. Protein powder can sometimes be stinky…but not this one. You can open it in a small space (think teacher staff lounge) and no one will be offended.

I blend the creamy French vanilla with my espresso every morning and a little coffee creamer. I love the thicker texture of this as it makes it more like a milkshake. I love the clean ingredients. Been using for my breakfast nearly every morning for 3 months now and I’m super happy with the quality of this shake!

I ordered this product from amazon because I have no interest in dealing with the compay directly and getting roped into long term programs. Shipping was fast, product was sealed, contents not expired.I wanted to give this product a shot because I travel a lot and have found it really difficult to keep healthy foods in my home and on the road without them going bad. Generally speaking, I am opposed to meal replacement shakes because I feel they influence a dependence on a product rather than equipping you with tools for success.But I digress. After reviewing a few MR shakes I thought I'd give this a shot. Right away the texture is superior. I mix 1.5 scoops with 8oz of water in a blender for about 15 seconds. The consistency is light and almost mousse-like. I haven't tasted any grit or sand you get with most MRs.The flavor is very mild. I'd even say the scent is stronger. I've read complaints about the flavor in other reviews and I theorize that many are comparing this to a milkshake and not other MRs. When you consider are the good things that are in this shake (and the bad things that aren't) it makes the shake more palatable, but personally I enjoy the flavor. I don't care for added sugar in beverages (I drink my coffee black) and I hate the metallic taste of stevia. This shake doesn't have either which lends itself to the undersweetened taste many have complained about. Personally, I call this a benefit.Does it work? Well, sure. But that depends on your math. This and no other MR contain magic bean extract that will make you burn fat. This is simply a device for calorie reduction...input vs output. If you drink this shake for two meals a day you are only at 480 calories with good margin for healthy snacks and dinner. Add bananas and peanut butter and you're better off eating real food, because you've doubled the calories. That said, I have found this shake to be very filling and has helped me battle cravings (even during a particular week each month). So will you lose weight? Yes, provided you monitor the calories you consume. Can you do it without excercise? Sure, but it will be a slower process. I'm losing weight at 2 lbs a week based on 1200 calories per day with inconsistent excercise (due to frequent travel).Why not 5 stars? Mainly because you are limited on flavors unless you buy through isagenix, to which I am principly opposed.TL;DR: mousse-like texture, mild flavor, good ingredients, satiating, low calorie meal replacement, thumbs down for pyramid schemes.

i USED THIS PRODUCT MANY YEARS AGO AND IT WORKS IF YOU DRINK 2 SHAKES A DAY AND ONE MEAL. THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD; HOWEVER, PRODUCT HAS BECOME STREAMLY UNAFFORDABLE. TASTE HAS CHANGED A BIT.

I had just used the last of my strawberry cream flavor, and quickly ordered a strawberry cream and a vanilla flavor. The strawberry Cream is the only flavor I have tried and I loved it. As soon as my order arrived I made a vanilla shake; I was so disappointed. It had such a terrible aftertaste! I read the ingredients and quickly discovered why. It contains Stevia which I cannot stand. I checked the strawberry and no Stevia is listed. The strawberry has a best by date of 5/25 and the vanilla as a 7/26 date. If this is a new formula, I will never buy your product again, nor will I recommend it to others. I was willing to pay the high price because of the lack of Stevia.

I love Isagenix shakes. This products curbs my appetite greatly. I've known people who have lost A LOT of weight using Isagenix, focusing on WORKING OUT (yes, I said it) & cutting their food intake to healthy proteins & vegetables, cutting carbs etc. This is more than a protein shake. This helps rid the body of waste & fat, contains ingredients that build the muscles & gives stamina. This product might make you thirsty because it will flush things out and the body needs water to do that.They get a 5 star because it's an overall great product, however, if it says creamy on the label it has the potential of getting super thick in general but especially in a blender. I personally do not like the texture of the creamy ones but I'm not going to knock the Stars down for that. It doesn't make it a bad product it just makes me want to buy their products that don't say creamy on them LOL my sister however loves the creamy versions so I gave her this creamy strawberry. She has been known to mix up a serving and put in the freezer and eat it like ice cream, for example. She enjoys that it's thick like a shake, I however prefer it to be of a more drinkable texture where I can just kind of slam it and keep going on about my day.Just to be thorough here, I have never tried the whole Isagenix program, I've only consumed the shakes and they are great for weight loss. I trust Isagenix shakes and I do recommend these products but I will not be ordering this flavor again LOL
