Q: Does this have an eccentric cone for best flare?

Listing indicates a 45 degree eccentric flare. Its not a fancy tool but it worked great for re-flaring some of the inadequate tubing flares on my Mitsubishi split AC system that I did myself. Its a basic single flare tool and it works fine

Q: The wing nut prevents a half inch flare. It gets in the way. Any suggestions how to use the 1-2 flare on the end

You have to flip it over and do it from the other end! It took me a bit to figure it out! 😂🤣😂

Q: Can you please post a table with how many mm of tubing to expose past the top plane of the clamp for each tube diameter?

I’d say o out 2 mm. Just bring the tubing flush to the flat of the clamp and make your flair.
