I came across the menstrual cup by accident on YouTube reviews and I'd never heard of them before. My periods are always heavy. I have to wear tampons and a towel because I always leak. Heavy periods can make your life miserable especially when you are trying to carry on with your day to day life. I have just tried the menstrual cup and I cannot believe I haven't known about them before after years of carrying about 20 tampons and towels around with me in my bag and changing every couple of hours at work which is so annoying! Even with my heavy periods I've had no leaks, you can put it in in the morning and you are OK for hours! It says online you can wear up to 12 hours but I usually change and rince with water after about 8 or 10 hours. I am 35 years old and have had 1 child naturally so I bought the larger size as advised due to this. Inserting and removing takes practice but it's not bad at all and once in properly you can forget about it and get on with your day. You cannot feel it at all. They need to advertise these more because I didn't even know they existed until now! I'll save so much money and embarrassment going forward. Happy customer would 100% recommend.

Very comfortable to use and easy to keep clean. Takes a few attempts to get it sitting correctly but I found inserting it whilst in the shower helped.

Tried for a couple months now, at first i found it quite difficult to get in but with practice and time I soon hacked how to do it. First time using it felt quite painful, almost like my uterus was getting stretched. I almost gave up but I persisted into the next cycle and it has gotten so much better. I like the fact its more eco friendly. Im not cluttering the bathroom with tampons anymore. Removal is fine not as messy as I imagined. I say give it a go, and give it some time to get used go. Dont think ill go back to tampons anymore. Loving it!

First day using this product and I already can't recommend it enough! It's really comfortable to wear and I don't need to empty it for hours. Removal can be a bit tough but it's my first time using one so I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. Defintiely buy this product!

1st time ever trying a cup and the pain was unbearable, i have a coil and im quite lucky with my period pain but 1st time trying this and it was so uncomfortable and painful. Made me a right grumpy cow 🙈
