Years ago I discovered this flavor of noodles. The combination of good cheese flavor, amount of noodles, amd ease of prep made them king. But, over time it became more difficult to find. Imagine then how excited I was to find these again. Thanks!

Great product and wonderful customer service

This is an absolutely delicious product, though I've always had to customize the cooking process for these things rather than follow their printed instructions — which, more often than not, result in either too little or too much water and unpredictable boil-overs. So here's my method for this one: Instead of trusting the fill mark on the tray, which can be tough to see and usually makes a poor judgement in any case, I measure out the water to just under 1 1/4 cup. Then, with the plastic tray on a dinner plate and a light, non-metallic weight on the top to close it off better (I hate cleaning my microwave!), I lower my power setting to 7 (out of 10) and run it for 6 whole minutes (instead of 4). The lower power reduces the boil-over and the longer time compensates for it. After it cools off a bit, I take it out, drain off any excess water, then cut the noodles thoroughly in both directions before adding the powder. That’s the only way I can to get them to mix properly. As they say, your mileage may differ. Your measurements, power settings, and timings will need to be adjusted to find whatever combination works best.

I found these noodles when visiting my daughter in the Bay Area. I really enjoy eating them. They are ideal for a light lunch and is very simple to prepare. I love Mac & cheese and this is a very interesting variant. Unfortunately I cannot find this product locally and I am thrilled I can buy it on Amazon at much lower price than what I paid at the asian supermarket in northern California

These are by far our favorite. They're hard to find in our area, so I've ordered multiple packages from here. Amazing!!
