I have purchased this Magnesium supplement multiple times and found that they are the best Magnesium Complex out there. They aleveate my leg muscle pain and my restless legs. I also sleep much better when I am taking these consistently. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow.

I had been purchasing bio-optimizers 7 in 1 but it cost about 40 bucks a month. I can't say that this is better or worse because it just arrived today but the price and the quantity is definitely a huge savings.1 a day is recommended but with 240 capsules I can use 1 for lunch and 1 for bed time and still less than a third the cost.I'm going to try these for a few weeks and then I'll give an update. Hope not to get leg cramps!

This is a great source of magnesium. It helped me with stiffness in my hips and to get my digestive system going. I do recommend to drink plenty of fluids when taking these.

Not a medical opinion by any stretch of the imagination, but, I have leg cramps when I go to bed at night, and after two weeks of starting this, I don’t. So I would highly recommend.

Pretty good magnesium supplement AND a fairly good oil

I’m very pleased with the quality of this supplement. The capsules are uniform & easy to swallow. This supplement also several of the necessary types of magnesium that I need. I recommend it.
