The Condor Performance Tactical Polo is our re-vamped on duty essential. The fabric is now knitted polyester that is treated to help wick more moisture and constructed to allow for better ventilation. The PTP holds true to its signature features such as the dual pen pockets, and microphone and sunglass clips.

Condor nailed it.
I've worn every major brand in cotton, pique, performance and tactical and these so far are in the top 2 or 3 especially for price and value. At 5'10" 200# I normally wear a Lg in t-shirts and regular polos but almost always a medium in "tactical" polos due to sleeve length, oversized collars and bulk of the material. These fit me perfectly. They look sharp and the colors more closely match dark navy and khaki pants in my case. The collar isn't 4 ply in order to lie flat, it just does. The s/s doesn't fall below the elbow nor sit across the bicep. The tail is long enough to stay tucked and the back of the neck has no seams or tags to pull short hair or irritate. The fabric looks like a cotton weave vs. the shiny polyester material. It's soft like basketball shorts without feeling thick and bulky. I think it BREATHES way better than the more expensive brands.I was skeptical with the price but also tired of buying $40-60 shirts to have extras... so I tried one of these. A week into summer I just bought 2 more since they are way cooler than Proppers or 5.11s. They wash great in cold, dry well on medium and fold well without wrinkles in the bag during my morning gym routine.

best bang for the buck!
Having owned more premium tactical polos from other manufacturers, I think these are the biggest bang for the buck. After buying one, I ended up purchasing one in every color. These have built in collar stays, so they never roll up/curl like cheaper (and sometimes more expensive shirts). The radio clips, sun glass loop, and shoulder pen pockets are pretty standard.Like most tactical polos, these are sized a little larger. I think most of these are made this way for soft body armor.

Nice shirt that fits well.
I tend to wear polo shirts at work, since they offer a good balance between comfort and a professional appearance. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find well-made shirts for a decent price. Most of the cheaper shirts are made of low-quality material that wears too soon, or shrink 2-3 sized when washed, etc.I've ordered 4 of these, and will likely order more. They hold their size and shape, and the material is fairly durable. I've had a few loose strings, but nothing terrible. These are cooler than most shirts, and don't seem to wrinkle as much. The collar holds its shape better than most other brands, and thus far the material has not faded. I've been washing these with like colors, and have been hanging them to dry. They dry quickly! I can usually hang them up to dry at night before going to sleep and they are dry by the next morning. I'm not a skinny guy, but these shirts do make me look a little slimmer, and the sleeves come down to the inner bend of my arms, which I think looks more professional than shorter sleeves. I’ve gotten a few complements when wearing these. These are designed for first police/security etc, but I think they are fine for a business-casual office. I like the pen pockets on the left sleeve, but would prefer them on the right sleeve as well, since I am left-handed, though this is a minor issue. Like many polo shirts, the fabric can snag, which can be a problem when I am running cable, or doing other physical work. Do be careful about that. On days I know I’m going to be doing such work I try to wear a different style. I have yet to find the perfect shirt for that, and this may not apply to you anyway. I can’t really say how good these shirts are as part of a duty uniform, but I’m happy with them.

Really cheaply made.
At first sight the shirt looked nice and fitted just a little larger then expected. After wearing it a couple time, I realized how cheaply made the shirt was. The color is flimsy and doesn’t form or stay in place. I thought the price was okay but for $12 more I could have got a better brand and product. I don’t recommend this shirt to any Law Enforcements Officer.

GREAT SHIRT!!!
This shirt fits well, it is comfortable, and so far it has been very durable and stain resistant. It comes right out of the dryer looking ready to go to work. It is a very masculine look. I have worn this shirt at least a dozen times now and it still looks just as good as it did when I unboxed it. I will purchase more from this brand.

Nice shirt ! Great service 😊
I bought an XL for my husband but when it arrived, it was a bit tight and made him look like the Hulk, lol. I sent it back, was refunded my money, less shipping, and ordered two of the XXL. Those two shirts arrived Priority Mail whereas the first shirt shipped in about a week. I was very happy with the service, and the extra fast shipping on the second order was a very nice surprise as it was FREE!!As far as sizing, my husband is very big, he is muscular so his back is big as well as his chest and arms. Maybe I should have ordered the XXL but sometimes XL is big enough. So in the end, I don't know if you need to size up because it could have been my bad ordering the too small size.I will say these shirts are VERY nice! They are light and feel like they will be be extremely cool in the hot summer months. They seem to be well made. I haven't washed them yet.I am extremey happy with these shirts and would buy them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a nice looking work shirt that will be good and cool. 😊

Not sized for “Tactical shirts”
Despite the sizing chart, Condor Tacticle size L is not the same as 5.11 Tactical size L. If you wear a 5.11 Tactical Polo size Large you will need a Condor Tactical size XL. FYI the reason “Tactical” matters in the shirt size is typically body armor is worn under the “Tactical Shirt” so it’s bigger. I wear a 5.11 Tactical Large and typically a size XL in all other shirts. Other than that I haven’t worn it because it doesn’t fit, but seems to be “OK”

Sizing Beware.
I am a big advocate for condor gear. I believe they make very good quality gear at a low price. When it comes to their clothing, however, while the quality is good, the sizing can be very inconsistant with their other clothing items.I had ordered a medium, which is the size I ordered for the condor training shirt, and those fit very nicely. This polo however seems much larger and baggier. You've been warned.
