Im not sure if i notice a difference, but they taste good, and are easy to take. I over feel great and healthier, but no issues or side effects from these vitamins . I have been using these for about a year now. I like them very much as they are not too hard or soft and have a good taste (not like candy). In addition to these, I also take vitamin D3 & biotin. For the price, it lasts a good month and a half, which isn't bad compared to other brands!
