Having never tried a Candida cleanse before, this was completely new territory for me, but I was thrilled with the results. To accompany the product, the seller provided a free e-book with easy-to-follow dietary guidelines.Upon receiving my CandidaGo, I cleaned out my fridge of all the big Candida no-no foods, and stocked up instead on chicken, fish, nuts, and quinoa. Following the diet was tough at first, especially since breads and sugars are normally a HUGE part of my diet. After the first five days, however, I started feeling better about it, and even began enjoying my new diet.I've struggled since early adolescence with scalp eczema, tiredness, depression, bloating, and frequent urinary irritation, none of which have ever responded favorably to medical treatment. After taking CandidaGo and following the Candida diet, I've seen massive changes in my symptoms. At first, as the seller warned, they got worse, and then they slowly disappeared altogether. It's been a huge dietary wake-up call for me, and it's even helped me to lose weight--my stomach looks flatter than it ever has before, and I've lost 5lbs. Waiting....Been on this for about two weeks now but I feel it started giving me acid reflux problems. I definitely am noticing less yeast and am taking molybdenum to help with my fatigue, but it hasn't completely gone away yet. Once I use all the bottle I will updateUPDATE: It's been about 3 months and my candida is finally gone. I didn't use the whole bottle but I used about 3/4 of it and didn't take it every day. I did a lot of things to try and help the candida go away so I'm not sure if this helped in the picture or not. It did give me acid reflux a bit so there's that. I can't say it isn't helpful as a lot of people seemed to have good results, I'm just not sure how much it did for me.

I have multiple autoimmune diseases and am constantly having issues with funguses (yeasts) and bacterial issues with my skin and scalp. I took this for a little while before adding in a comprehensive pre- and pro-biotic regimen. The issues seem to be doing well in that I haven't had any relapses since I began the above regimen. I know it had many ingredients I had been trying to use individually but this makes it so much easier.

I am a redhead so, I am the first to have a reaction, if a reaction is to be had. Super annoying because a cracked tooth and severe allergies that lead to sinus infections mean I have to take antibiotics more than one person ever should. Which led me to the desperate place of having to try this product. The first attempt, I followed the directions and took 2 capsules with breakfast, the bottle says "Two capsules taken daily with meals..." which implies every meal? So, I followed that with a third pill at lunch. In a week my face was covered with a rash-like acne that looked more like poison ivy. It was a stressful time so I thought I'd stop taking it, let my face clear up, then try again and only take one capsule a day, with breakfast. Again, I was desperate for this to work for me. I followed this second attempt for about a week, then my lips started to swell - which at first, I thought looked fantastic. :) Then the poison ivy-like bubbles came up along the upper lip line, then they ran down my face off the corners of my mouth, and both of my eyes swelled up, almost shut. It really looked a LOT like the time I got a serious bout of poison ivy on my face.For anyone who wants to know what's in the capsules: Oregano extract, Caprylic Acid, L.Acidophilus, Protease, Cellulase, Aloe Vera, Arabinogalactan, Anise Seed, Black Walnut Hulls, Wormwood, Reishi Mushroom.Then at the very bottom there is an allergen warning: Contains tree nuts (black walnut and caprylic acid), this product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish.I'm not allergic to any of these things, or haven't been up until now, so I don't know what caused my reaction.Basically, stick with the probiotics and leave this mess alone.I had to see a doctor to get my reaction under control, and going to work with my face all blown up and covered in red splotches, Nightmare!

After 2 weeks of two different IV and oral anti-biotics killing off an infection and all my goodbacteria with it, I was introduced to the wonderful world of yeast infections (yeah).I took pro-biotics, prescription anti-yeast cream and powder, but none of them worked.As I live in Florida, it's a good thing it is winter now, so I keep the heater off to keep it nice and cool.But unfortunately the CandidaGo, didn't make it go. I'll have to see if my doctor has any good ideas left.Seeing all the great reviews from people who had a long history of candida, I was hopeful that it wouldget rid of mine in no time.
