Rare to find lovely mini black beluga lentils that retain their shape after cooking, but have soft centers. Great vegetarian protein source to mix with rices, salads, sauces,soups, what have you. Nice texture for eating. Hard to find in stores. Great product, easy to cook.

Beluga lentils. Who knew? Fabulous flavor, easy to cook up. Great on a salad for the additional protein. Highly recommend. Pricey, but worth it.
