Best you go to a local shop. Try them on. There are several different materials. Some stretch give you a variance. Some material don't stretch. You're stuck with it after you use it. If your local shop is crazy expensive, find what fits for you and order on line. I buy most of my wet suit stuff local. Got tired of sending stuff back. Wet suit material is not yeilding. It's tight. You have to be right on if there are gaps, you body won't hold the heat. This is not like buying a leisure suit.
